Built in 1714 according to the white stone at first-floor level between the two dormer windows, and Grade II listed https://britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/101374907-24-hodgebower-the-gorge#.W8SJr9QrLGg in 1974. Obviously it's been much changed in the intervening 300-odd years, but retains much of its original charm.
