Railings & gates to Audley Villa
Directly outside the frontage of Image, these cast-iron railings also date from 1817 at which time the house was a grandstand to the racecourse, and it's thought that they formed part of the open upper balcony of that grandstand. They were Grade II listed https://britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/101054380-railings-and-gates-of-audley-villa-newport#.W6eXP9QrLGg in 1978.

Remains of a concrete plant
The rusting and dilapidated remains of the old Hanson concrete plant in Newport. It originally (in the 1970s and 80s) belonged to Amey Roadstone Construction, more commonly known as ARC, the UK trading name of the business owned at that time by the South African mining firm Consolidated Gold Fields. After a brief period of ownership by Hanson, followed by an independent existence on the London Stock Exchange, the Amey Contracting and Services part of the business was acquired by a Spanish firm (Ferrovial), whilst the construction materials operation remains with Hanson which in turn was acquired by Heidelberg in 2007 (Are you keeping up?) This particular plant seems to have reached the end of its life.

This end of the buildings of Audley Court was the original Newport Poor Law Union Workhouse http://www.workhouses.org.uk/NewportSalop/ which was built in the mid 1850s, but is now converted to residential use. At the eastern end, the original workhouse was extended in 1908 with a 29-bed infirmary, which is partly visible in Image, and which is now part of residential facility operated by the Combat Stress charity for ex-forces personnel.
