The Union Chapel, Kington Langley
'O, come let us enter into the house of our Lord' So says the inscription across the chapel, dated 1835 and built by James Pinnegar (Piniger?). He was a member of the growing band of 'Independants' and first held licensed meetings in his own home, but built this chapel for use by a union of Moravians, Independents and Baptists. Grade II listed. See Image] for a benchmark down the left side of the building, or Image] for a better look at the inscription.

Langley Fitzurse school
The village children have been educated here since the 1850s. Its records report that there were fluctuating numbers throughout that time, harvests and diseases notwithstanding. In recent times the school has had a new hall, Cherry Hall, built in 2004; and in November, 2020, Langley Fitzurse C. of E. Primary School federated with Stanton St Quintin Primary School.

Langley Fitzurse Church of England Primary School
Schooling was evident in the area by the early nineteenth century, but this National School was founded in 1856/7 with aid from the Committee of the Parish Council. This was the state of affairs for many years until the post war era, when a new addition to the buildings was completed in 2004, named Cherry Hall. On the wall are some colourful creations - see Image] for a closer look.
