'O, come let us enter into the house of our Lord' So says the inscription across the chapel, dated 1835 and built by James Pinnegar (Piniger?). He was a member of the growing band of 'Independants' and first held licensed meetings in his own home, but built this chapel for use by a union of Moravians, Independents and Baptists. Grade II listed. See Image] for a benchmark down the left side of the building, or Image] for a better look at the inscription.
