Hubble Bubble Fly Tip Trouble
It's always nice when a good photo opportunity suddenly appears in unpromising territory.
This empty plot just off Belfast Avenue is a dumping ground for the usual old garbage, but in amongst the cans and bottles was this broken hubbly bubbly pipe.
OK, I set it up on the concrete, but it was literally lying only a couple of metres away. And let's face it, the rest of the shot isn't much to look at.

Godolphin Recreation Ground is to the north-west of Baylis House, one of the previous owners of which was Dr Henry Godolphin in the early 18th century.

Godolphin Playing Fields
The northern boundary of a large tract of park and playing fields surrounded by suburban housing.
The unusual name comes from Dr. Henry Godolphin, 1648 - 1733, who was provost of Eton College and Dean of St Paul's Cathedral.
He lived in Baylis House just south of here, the grounds of which are now part of this park.
