Sumner Road, SE15
At the corner of Lisford Street. These flats and houses have been built on the site of the Sumner Estate, mostly 1930s GLC-style 5 storey tenement blocks, demolished in the early 1990s.

In the forgeound is a site where a building has been demolished. the soite is awaiting redevelopment. Behind it is a timber merchant. The green area to the left was once a canal.
In the distance, the London Eye is visible to the left of the image while on the right, The Shard is under construction. The Shard will be the tallest building in the European Union when it has been completed.
