Looking towards the junction with Penland Road. The Harlands estate was developed in the late 1950s on the former fields of Harlands Farm. Harlands Road is the main access road into the estate from the east.

Quarry Hill, Haywards Heath
A cul de sac off Blunts Wood Road that was once a field called North Field, according to Cuckfield's 1843 tithe map, that latter became the grounds of a house called Old Quarry which was demolished to make way for this development in the 1960s.

The name of the field according to Cuckfield's 1843 tithe map that that is located to the south of Image The field is part of the old Penland Farm which will soon be developed into a housing estate.

Built in the Edwardian period and now awaiting demolition to be replaced with two five bedroom houses. Part of the former grounds to the north have already been built upon. On the 1960 OS map it was known as Pasture Hill

The name of the wood according to the 1875 OS map but not used on any other editions. This section to the south surrounds a tributary of Scrase Stream.

The strip of woodland provides a boundary between Image to the west and Image to the east and will probably disappear as it is part of the Penland Farm housing development which is due to be built in the near future.

Hilly Field
The name of the field according to Cuckfield's 1843 tithe map that is bounded by Image to the west, Image to the east and Image to the north. The clump of trees surround an old pit that has become a pond. The field will soon disappear under a new housing estate.
