Green Grass on the Cricket Pitch
There are two separate sports fields on this bit of land, complete with large pavilions. A public footpath runs between them.
This is the eastern one. The title here refers to the picture I took a few seconds ago facing in the other direction.

The difference in the grass is surprising.

The Bianchi monument dates from the 1930s and commemorates the early death of the opera singer wife of an Italian restaurateur. On the left is a scene of the Bianchi family sitting on a bench and cradling their infant son.
