Temple Fortune : Arcade House
Built as the gateway to Hampstead Garden Suburb. Grade II listed - https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1188691. According to London 4 : North in the Buildings of England series the detailing of Parker and Unwin's Arcade House was by A.J. Penty between 1909-1911.

I think this has been there since the late 70s, certainly not much more recent than that as I remember taking one of my first cars there soon after it opened.

Old OS Maps indicate this building was erected between 1894 and 1914, although there is no clue as to its original purpose.
The first floor appears to be used as a martial arts centre.
