Built as the gateway to Hampstead Garden Suburb. Grade II listed - https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1188691. According to London 4 : North in the Buildings of England series the detailing of Parker and Unwin's Arcade House was by A.J. Penty between 1909-1911.
