Secluded housing behind Lichfield Grove. Due to the proximity of Finchley Central station a strict non-resident clamping scheme is in operation.

The Avenue
At the northwestern end, houses have been built and the footpath becomes an access road for residents. There is an entrance to Avenue House grounds just behind me on the left. Beyond is an Office development on Regents Park Road.

Probably not the warmest place to sit on this bright autumn afternoon, shaded by an evergreen. The Oak beyond is starting to put on a nice display of colour.

Lichfield Grove
Terraced housing in the early morning sunshine viewed from the junction with Wootton Grove. Lichfield grove forms part of a oneway system with the adjacent Station Road. Visible in the distance are office blocks on Regents Park Road.

Warehouse on Station Road
Warehouse of CPi Direct. This building was once part of Lucas CAV, training engineering apprentices for their factories. Commuters with that 'Monday Morning' feeling drag their feet up the hill to Finchley Central station.
