St Aidan, Harehills: Brangwyn mosaics (1)
The church is known particularly for this scheme of mosaic decoration of 1916 by Frank Brangwyn. In the words of Susan Wrathmell in the Pevsner guide, "the chancel and nave are separated by cancelli on which a procession of white-robed neophytes moves towards the opening in the centre, eager to be baptised by St Aidan".

St Aidan, Harehills: Brangwyn mosaics (2)
The church is known particularly for this scheme of mosaic decoration of 1916 by Frank Brangwyn. The largest extent is around the apse of the sanctuary showing various scenes from the life of St Aidan. The mosaics were paid for by Robert Kitson and executed by Rust & Co.

The church possesses a Binns pneumatic organ of 1898, in a wooden case with decorative pipes, also by Binns. It is still in use.

St Aidan, Harehills: rood beam
As the church was only built in the 1890s this is not the remnant of a medieval rood screen, but a revival of the concept. According to Pevsner's guide, it was carved by a Mr Hedley of Newcastle in 1898. It bears the text "If I am lifted up from the Earth I will draw all men unto me".
