Killingbeck and Seacroft Ward Areas

• To proactively address reports of drugs supply across the Seacroft ward and take positive enforcement actions. We will conduct targeted patrols to gather intelligence, and disrupt offenders involved in the supply of drugs. We will seek to obtain warrants and bring offenders involved in the supply of drugs to justice as part of Operation Balletmay, a targeted operation to address street level drug dealing, along with the anti-social and criminal usage of pedal cycles, electric motorbikes, and stolen vehicles.
   
• To seek to reduce the levels of Burglary offences, across the ward. We will deploy police resources to conduct targeted, proactive, and preventative patrols, across identified demand locations. We will seek to disrupt and identify offenders, ensuring enforcement action is taken where suspects are identified and provide crime prevention advice and target hardening materials where available.
   
• To address reports of Theft and Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) across the Killingbeck Retail Park. We will carry out high visibility patrols across the retail premises, with a view to identifying and disrupting those involved in Theft and ASB, taking the relevant enforcement action to reduce demands.
   

• Operation Balletmay remains in place across the ward to target and address drugs supply, vehicular nuisance, and anti-social behaviour. Following the previous work conducted by the Leeds District Anti-Social Behaviour Team which resulted in an adult male from Seacroft has been issued with a five-year Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) read more at: Man Given Criminal Behaviour Order As Part Of Work To Tackle Nuisance Bikes In Leeds | West Yorkshire Police, officers continue to conduct proactive enforcement patrols across the ward. The patrols have resulted in a vehicle being seized at Seacroft Gate suspected to be involved in crime with the owner reported to the courts, and a motorcycle seized on South Parkway with two individuals reported to the courts for motoring offences. In addition, on the 30th August 2025 operational units stopped a vehicle in the Crossgates section of the ward, which resulted in the arrest of two individuals for weapons and drugs offences.
   
• The Leeds District Off-Road Bike Team continue to deploy across the ward and on the 19th August, they seized an electric bike in Seacroft. The rider was reported to the courts for no insurance, no licence, and dangerous driving. • We continue to address Burglary-residential offences following a recent increase in offences, across the ward. Following funding obtained from the Community Committees, supported by the local ward Councillors for the darker nights, a crime prevention event will be held on Friday 10th October 2025, at Tesco, Seacroft. • To address reports of anti-social behaviour and Theft at Killingbeck Retail site, we continue conduct high visibility, engagement and enforcement patrols across the site, at peak times for demand. On the 2nd September 2025, an adult male was arrested for numerous Robbery and theft from shop offences, with the offences largely committed in the Kirkstall and Killingbeck. Burmantofts and Richmond Hill Ward Areas

• To address reports of urban street gangs and organised criminal groups involved in serious and organised crime, particularly across the Lincoln Green and Burmantofts section of the ward. We will gather intelligence, identify, disrupt and arrest offenders involved in urban street gangs, organised criminal groups as part of Operations Anthenmill and Delldale. We will work collaboratively with partner agencies and third sectors to educate, disrupt, and divert young people away from criminality and ensure vulnerable victims are safeguarded.
   
• To address reports of Theft from motor vehicle and road related offences across the ward. We will conduct proactive and targeted patrols, gather intelligence, disrupt offenders, deliver crime prevention engagements and address roads related offences across the ward with a view to reducing demands and raising awareness of target hardening.
   
• To reduce Theft from Shop and incident demand at the One Stop Shop, on Temple View Grove. We will engage with the management and security team at the business premise and conduct targeted disruption and operational patrols in line with identified demand trends to identify and arrest offenders.

• To address urban street gangs and organised criminal groups, we continue to proactively deploy resources as part of Operation Delldale inclusive of high visibility patrols and plain clothes operations. Leeds East NPT has now concluded their work in relation to Operation Anthenmill, with multiple individuals arrested, action taken, and the illegal activity successfully dismantled in the Burmantofts and Richmond Hill ward.

• Officers continue to address criminality and anti-social behaviour across the ward, over the last two weeks officers have arrested several individuals for a variety of offences including Theft from shop, Burglary, Stalking, Homophobic Public Order, Fail to appear warrants and Breach of Electric Monitoring Tag.
   
• Tackling theft from motor vehicles, and road related offences across the ward we continue to deliver crime prevention events across the ward in line with the darker night’s roadshows, along with deploying across repeat and high demand locations. Further days of action have been held alongside Leeds City Council partners, resulting in parking tickets issued, vehicles immediately suspended, a motorist reported to the courts, school parking patrols and more. • To address shop theft at the One Stop business premise, we have been actively engaging with management and the security team, and a series of operations have been conducted to try and reduce demands, with arrests made and proactive reassurance patrols in place. As a result, shoplifting offences have significantly reduced, several individuals identified and charged with offences. In addition, several individuals have been issued with Community Protection Notices, preventing them from attending the store and long-term work is ongoing to monitor and prevent offences.

• To address reports of anti-social behaviour and reports of theft from shop, with a particular focus around the Langbar Retail Centre, Swarcliffe. We will continue to conduct targeted high visibility patrols across the affected business premises and surrounding streets, with an aim to reduce reports of anti-social behaviour (ASB) and theft from shop. We will work closely with Leeds City Council Youth Services, Leeds Anti-Social Behaviour Team and Housing focusing on joint and smart approaches for more long-term interventions such as restorative work for young people and enforcement action for those involved in Theft from Shop and those repeatedly identified for causing anti-social behaviour.
   
• To identify and tackle vulnerable residents subject to exploitation and potential ‘cuckooing offences’ with the ward area. In response to a number of third-party concerns regarding vulnerable residents being targeted for possible financial exploitation. We have and will continue to work in partnership with local housing providers, Leeds City Council Adult Social Care services to respond to reports and work collaboratively to ensure the relevant safeguarding plans are implemented, with a view to disrupting and reducing offences of exploitation along with identifying suspects.
   
• To tackle and address Theft from Shop and anti-social behaviour (ASB) at the Crossgates Shopping Centre and surrounding business retailers. We aim to achieve this through opening key communication channels with retail outlets, the onsite management and security teams. We will conduct high visibility patrols, identify persistent offenders taking relevant enforcement actions and we will continue to deliver our community contact point, at Crossgates Library.
  
   

• To compliment the Governments national campaign to reduce crime, anti-social behaviour and make town and retail centre sites safer, we have undertaken extensive work across Crossgates Shopping Centre over the last twelve weeks. The work has included increased visibility patrols, bike register and crime prevention events, along with crime prevention analysis and engagements with the store managers, site security and local communities. The focussed work has included crime prevention surveys, viewing CCTV evidence as part of investigations to identify and disrupt offenders. We have identified repeat offenders, with a view to engage with them, referring and signposting them to any relevant agencies and taking any relevant legal and civil enforcement actions required. We will continue to monitor and respond to demands, across the Centre as we move into the peak ‘festive’ shopping period.
   
• We have implemented a Problem-Solving Occurrence (PSO) and problem-solving strategies to safeguard vulnerable people suspected of being financially exploited across the ward. We have and continue to work collaboratively with the Housing providers in relation to identified addresses of concern, and the local authority social care team to tackle and address reports, concerns and ensure the relevant safeguarding measures are in place. 
   
• We continue to conduct problem-solving work around Jackie Chans and the Langbar Retail Park, to address anti-social behaviour and theft which led to the temporary closure of one business premise. We have proactively worked alongside Leeds City Council Youth Services to divert young people away from the location and into local provisions available. Local PCSO’s were recently recognised by young people in a magazine created by young people, as individuals they enjoy seeing at the Youth Club.
   
• We continue to deliver a variety of community contact points across the ward and new contact points have been arranged at the MoreThan Community Café on Austhorpe Road and one in Swarcliffe. • Motorcycle demands have significantly reduced across the ward, year on year. The Leeds District Off-Road Bike Team continue to deploy to reported demands across the ward, taking relevant enforcement actions. In November, the team attended a report of motorcycles and electric bikes in the ward. One individual was arrested, an electric bike and motorcycle was seized.
   

• To address public concerns of youth anti-social behaviour demands, with a particular focus in Allerton Bywater and Micklefield. We will conduct targeted high visibility patrols across demand locations, during peak times identified from call demand analysis and information provided by local communities, to identify those involved in ASB and nuisance motorcycle demands. We will aim to inform, engage, and provide advice for young people so they can make safer choices, whilst signposting and referring young people who need further support, along with taking the relevant enforcement action. We will work alongside the Leeds District Off-Road Bike Team to address reports of nuisance motorcycle demands, with a view to identifying those involved and taking relevant enforcement actions.
   
• To target and address multiple road safety concerns including car meets, speeding and parking offences across the ward areas. We will continue to arrange planned operations in line with Fatal4 to address speeding, driving offences, parking offences and car meets in the communities we serve, along with utilising Speed Indication Devices to raise public awareness. We will continue to work in partnership with North Yorkshire Police, to proactively deploy across the force borders to as part of Operation Republic.
   
• To target reports of Theft from shop at the Co-op stores on Main Street, Garforth and High Street, Kippax. We will engage with store management teams and carry out high visibility patrols across the retail premises, with a view to identifying and disrupting those involved in Theft from shop, taking the relevant enforcement action to reduce demands. 
  
   

• We continue to conduct proactive and high visibility patrols across Allerton Bywater, and Micklefield following reports of anti-social behaviour and nuisance motorcycle demands. This work has been supported by the Leeds District Off-Road Bike Team who recovered a stolen motorcycle in Kippax, following community intelligence received. In addition, on the 14th October 2025, officers located and seized a stolen motorcycle and hammer in Allerton Bywater, and deployments continue to address the reported demands.
   
• Sergeant Penny, the ward officers and PCSO’s continue to conduct speed checks across the ward, to check motorists are complying with the speed limits. Following increased concerns raised in the community of motorists speeding on Wakefield Road and exceeding the 40mph limit, officers have deployed with the pro-laser speed gun and requested support from the Roads Policing Unit for deployments across the ward. 
   
• To address Road Safety concerns in respect of reported ‘Car Meets’, PC Green has worked closely with North Yorkshire Police to disrupt large scale meets across the force borders in line with the Leeds City wide Public Spaces Protection Order. We continue to attend reported ‘car meets’, collating evidence of vehicles in attendance and issuing PSPO warning letters and Section 59 warnings. Multiple deployments have previously been conducted at identified locations across Leeds East, to disrupt car meets, Section 59 Warnings issued, over 200 warning letters issued, and two individuals arrested. • PCSO Hurley continues to deploy to Great Preston Primary School as part of the School Streets initiative, to address continued reports of unsafe and illegal parking. On the 15th October 2025, several tickets were issued to motorists on Hirst Street for parking offences and/or for entering a pedestrian and cycle only zone. 
   
• We continue to conduct patrols across Co-op stores on Main Street, Garforth and High Street, Kippax, in order to address reports of theft from shop offences and retail crime and the Crime Prevention Officer continues to visit sites across East Leeds, offering crime prevention surveys and delivering crime prevention information, advice and recommendations. 
   

Temple Newsam and Halton Ward Areas

• To address road safety concerns and road related offences, across the Temple Newsam and Halton ward with a particular focus on Temple Newsam Park and surrounding streets. 
  We continue to proactively deploy in line with Fatal4, to address vehicular nuisance, speeding and driving offences at the affected locations. We continue to work closely with site management teams, to obtain and review CCTV footage, in order to identify offenders and we continue to work closely with Leeds City Anti-Social Behaviour Team, to take enforcement action against those repeatedly involved in the anti-social use of vehicles inclusive of anti-social car meets.
   
• To address reports of urban street gangs and organised criminal groups involved in the supply of drugs and serious violence, particularly across the Wykebecks and Halton Moor sections of the ward. 
  As part of Operation Doleedge, Operation Amblemill and Operation Shield, we continue to obtain warrants and bring offenders involved in the supply of drugs and associated criminality to justice. We will maintain our approach and utilise a range of operational tactics to disrupt offending, identify offenders, gather intelligence and work closely with partner agencies, to utilise all enforcement methods at our disposal, signpost and divert young people away from criminality and safeguard vulnerable victims.
   
• To address anti-social behaviour and Theft offences, across The Springs Retail Park. 
  To achieve this, we will increase our high visibility foot patrols across the site, along with ‘plain clothes’ operations with a view to disrupting and identifying offenders and those involved in anti-social behaviour. We will continue to work with site management, security, and individual businesses to listen and act upon concerns raised and gather evidential materials in order to take any relevant legal and civil enforcement actions. 

• To address serious and organised crime and youth violence and in line with Operation Doleedge, a significant amount of money, drugs has been seized and arrests made with three individuals charged. In addition, vehicles and stolen goods have been seized and premise closure orders obtained, with investigations ongoing.
• As part of Operation Amblemill to address organised criminal groups, officers continue to proactively deploy across the ward, disrupting criminality and obtaining intelligence. Officers continue to deploy following previous operations held resulting in arrests, drugs and cash seized. Results to date have included two individuals being given custodial sentences with one individual receiving a 6 and a half years and the other 2 and a half years.
• Operation Shield continues to deliver engagement, education, and intervention programmes to young people in order to divert them away from anti-social behaviour, criminality, and urban street gang activities.
• To address Road Safety concerns the teams continue to take a proactive and enforceable approach to road safety matters across the ward, in line with the Vision Zero Strategy. There has been multiple deployments across the ward by NPT officers, the Off-Road Bike Team and operational support departments. The deployments have resulted in stolen motorcycles and a moped recovered, a 4x4 vehicle seized, arrest for Theft of motor vehicle, and tickets issued for parking offences.
• We continue to deploy across The Springs Retail Park to address reports of vehicular nuisance, car meets, theft and anti-social behaviour. Regular meetings are held with site managers and site security to address demands, increased patrols in place and as part of Safer Business Week of Action the lead problem-solving officer, the crime prevention officer and PCSO’s deployed to the location engaging with businesses, managers, security and the public. Gipton and Harehills Ward Areas

• To address reports and incidents linked to drugs supply, organised criminality, and street drinking, with a particular focus along Harehills Road, the Bayswater’s, and Ashton's in the Harehills section of the ward. 
  As part of the Clear, Hold and Build Home Office initiative, locally named as CommUnity 
  Harehills we will work with the community to develop intelligence and act on reports, and information received. We will hold targeted days of action, multi-agency operations and seek to obtain warrants, to pursue and disrupt offending.
   
• To address theft from motor vehicle offences, across Gipton and Harehills. 
  We will conduct high visibility patrols across the identified crime demand locations, with a view to disrupting offences, identifying offenders, and gathering intelligence.
   
• To address reports of thefts from shops and reports of begging outside shop entrances, across the Gipton and Harehills ward. 
  We will engage with the management and security teams at the business premises and conduct targeted disruption and operational patrols, in line with identified demand trends to identify, disrupt and arrest offenders. In addition, we will engage with those begging, signpost to relevant support services and take enforcement action against those repeatedly identified as causing a nuisance.

• To address serious and organised crime across the Harehills ward as part of CommUnity Harehills we continue to work alongside partner agencies, holding regular days of action and proactive hotspot patrols and the execution of a warrant. Between September and October 2025, several individuals were arrested, legal enforcement actions taken by Police and partners, and multiple seizures. • As part of Clear, Hold, Build CommUnity Harehills the Fusion 8 Community Hub was opened on Bexley Road on the 14th August 2025, which provides a safe and neutral space for residents to speak with local officers in the Community along with a free food and hygiene bank and uniform exchange. • We continue to address Theft from motor vehicle offences which continues to present with high demands. Officers continue to conduct proactive patrols with a view to identifying offenders and continue to deliver crime prevention information encouraging vehicle owners to remove all valuables from vehicles. • To address retail related crime and incidents, officers and PCSO’s have conducted high visibility patrols and engagements with local businesses and will continue to engage with businesses and communities to address local concerns. Officers were conducting Safer Streets proactive overtime patrols which resulted in two suspects reported to the courts for breach of the Public Spaces Protection Order (PSPO), and three individuals were dispersed. One individual was arrested on suspicion of Possession with intent to supply Class B drugs, two individuals were issued with Community Resolutions for Possession of Class B drugs, two weapons were located and seized, several stop and searches were conducted, and officers located and seized over 80 bags of drugs in the community.
   

Killingbeck and Seacroft Ward Areas

• To proactively address reports of drugs supply across the Seacroft ward and take positive enforcement actions. We will conduct targeted patrols to gather intelligence, and disrupt offenders involved in the supply of drugs. • To address reports of Theft and Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) across the Killingbeck Retail Park. We will carry out high visibility patrols across the retail premises, with a view to identifying and disrupting those involved in Theft and ASB, taking the relevant enforcement action to reduce demands.
   

• Operation Balletmay remains in place across the ward to target and address drugs supply, vehicular nuisance, and anti-social behaviour. Nuisance motorcycle demands continue to present as the highest anti-social behaviour demand for the ward, the teams continue to conduct patrols, and further proactive operations are being arranged to address demands.
   
• The Leeds District Off-Road Bike Team continue to deploy across the ward and in December the Teams seized two motorcycles in the ward one under S59 of the Police Reform Act 2002 and one suspected to be stolen. In addition, two E- Bikes were also seized in the ward, with one found to be illegally adapted. 
   
• To address drugs supply and criminality in the ward, a number of warrants were executed in December resulting in drugs, money and suspected criminal property being seized. Several individuals were arrested, and the investigations remain ongoing.
   
• We continue to address Burglary-residential offences following the previous increase in offences in November 2026 across the ward. Officers conducted proactive and targeted patrols and a darker night’s crime prevention roadshow was held at Tesco, Seacroft following funding provided by the councillors via the Community Committees.  As a result, Burglary-residential offences across the ward reduced by 53% for the period of the 1st December 2025 - 1st January 2026. • To address reports of anti-social behaviour and Theft at Killingbeck Retail site, we continue conduct high visibility, engagement, and enforcement patrols across the site, at peak times for demand. On the 23rd December 2025, PCSO Coe joined West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service at Asda, Killingbeck to deliver fire and crime prevention engagements in relation to electric scooters and bikes. A successful event raising awareness of battery fires, and the legal riding of such vehicles.
   
• As part of a week of action to reduce offences involving bladed weapons and to educate people of carrying such weapons. Sergeant Campbell deployed officers and PCSO's across the ward and Leeds East ward areas, to conduct a range of weapons sweeps. Crossgates and Whinmoor Ward Areas

• To address reports of anti-social behaviour involving young people, with a particular focus around Swarcliffe Avenue, Ash Tree Gardens and surrounding streets. We will continue to conduct targeted high visibility patrols, with an aim to reduce reports of anti-social behaviour (ASB) in the area. We will continue to conduct targeted high visibility patrols with an aim to reduce reports of anti-social behaviour (ASB) in the area. We will work closely with Leeds City Council Youth Services, Leeds Anti-Social Behaviour Team and Housing focusing on joint and smart approaches for more long-term interventions such as restorative work for young people, and enforcement action for those repeatedly identified for causing anti-social behaviour.
   
• To identify and tackle vulnerable residents subject to exploitation and potential ‘cuckooing offences’ with the ward area. • To tackle and address Theft from Shop and anti-social behaviour (ASB) at the Crossgates Shopping Centre and surrounding business retailers. We aim to achieve this through opening key communication channels with retail outlets, the onsite management and security teams. We will conduct high visibility patrols, identify persistent offenders taking relevant enforcement actions and we will continue to deliver our community contact point, at Crossgates Library in 2026, to compliment the retail winter initiative.

• Over the last three months the Neighbourhood Policing Team officers and police community support officers, have spent a considerable amount of time at Crossgates Shopping Centre, to compliment the Governments previous ‘Summer surge’ campaign and the new ‘Winter’ initiative. The deployments have involved delivering a high visibility footprint at the location, crime prevention engagement events with displays, and a focus on repeat offenders with an ambition to reduce crime and anti-social behaviour and increase confidence that the centre is a safe place to shop.
   
• Following an increase in burglary business and community offences across the site and surrounding retail premises, and raised concerns from business owners and the community, a collaborative approach was taken alongside neighbouring NPT areas and policing Districts. Crossgates and Whinmoor NPT Team worked in conjunction with Leeds South NPT and Kirklees District Crime Team, in order to identify the offender. The cross-border approach resulted in a suspect being arrested and charged with multiple offences and resulted in a three-year custodial sentence.
   
• We have implemented several Problem-Solving Occurrence (PSO) and problem-solving strategies to safeguard vulnerable people suspected of being financially exploited across the ward. We have and continue to work collaboratively with the Housing providers in relation to identified addresses of concern, and the local authority social care team to tackle and address reports, concerns and ensure the relevant safeguarding measures are in place. As a result of the partnership approach an adult male suspected to be involved in exploitation offences, was identified, arrested, and charged with multiple offences and remanded into custody pending their appearance before the courts.
   
• Following dedicated work to safeguard and protect vulnerable adults, officers located and recovered a stolen bicycle belonging to a vulnerable victim. The bicycle was successfully returned to the owner who was very grateful, as it was their only mode of transport.

Burmantofts and Richmond Hill Ward Areas

• To address reports of urban street gangs and organised criminal groups involved in serious and organised crime, particularly across the Lincoln Green and Burmantofts section of the ward. We will gather intelligence, identify, disrupt and arrest offenders involved in urban street gangs, organised criminal groups as part of Operations Anthenmill and Delldale. We will work collaboratively with partner agencies and third sectors to educate, disrupt, and divert young people away from criminality and ensure vulnerable victims are safeguarded.
   
• To address reports of Theft from motor vehicle and road related offences across the ward. We will conduct proactive and targeted patrols, gather intelligence, disrupt offenders, deliver crime prevention engagements and address roads related offences across the ward with a view to reducing demands and raising awareness of target hardening.
   
• To reduce Theft from Shop and incident demand at the One Stop Shop, on Temple View Grove. We will engage with the management and security team at the business premise and conduct targeted disruption and operational patrols in line with identified demand trends to identify and arrest offenders.

• To address urban street gangs and organised criminal groups, we continue to proactively deploy resources as part of Operation Delldale inclusive of high visibility patrols and plain clothes operations. Leeds East NPT has now concluded their work in relation to Operation Anthenmill, with multiple individuals arrested, action taken, and the illegal activity successfully dismantled in the Burmantofts and Richmond Hill ward.
   
• Officers continue to address criminality and anti-social behaviour across the ward, working collaboratively with Leeds City Council Anti-Social Behaviour Team and housing providers across the ward. As a result, in November 2025 two premise closure orders were obtained on residential premises due to anti-social behaviour and criminality. The properties subject to the closure orders were in the Cross Green and Harehills sections of the ward.
   
• Tackling theft from motor vehicles, and road related offences across the ward we continue to deliver crime prevention events across repeat and high demand locations. Further days of action have been held alongside Leeds City Council partners, resulting in parking tickets issued, stolen vehicles recovered, traffic offence report issued, school parking patrols and more. A total of 377 parking enforcement tickets have been issued since January 2025. 
   
• To address shop theft at the One Stop business premise, extensive work and a series of operations were conducted to try and reduce demands, with arrests made, Community Protection Notices issued, and proactive reassurance patrols implemented. As a result, shoplifting significantly reduced at the location and several individuals were identified and charged with offence. However, recent reports have highlighted a slight increase in demands at the location, and NPT will continue to monitor demands, deploy to the site, and identify offenders taking the relevant and appropriate action required.

Gipton and Harehills Ward Areas

• To address reports and incidents linked to drugs supply, organised criminality, and street drinking, with a particular focus along Harehills Road, the Bayswater’s, and Ashton's in the Harehills section of the ward. As part of the Clear, Hold and Build Home Office initiative, locally named as CommUnity Harehills we will work with the community to develop intelligence and act on reports, and information received. We will hold targeted days of action, multi-agency operations and seek to obtain warrants, to pursue and disrupt offending.
   
• To address Theft from motor vehicle offences and road safety matters, across Gipton and Harehills. We will conduct high visibility patrols across the identified crime demand locations, with a view to disrupting offences, identifying offenders, and gathering intelligence. In addition, in response to community concerns, we will continue to work collaboratively with partner agencies to conduct further road safety operations across the ward.
   
• To address reports of Theft from Shop and reports of begging outside shop entrances, across the Gipton and Harehills ward. We will engage with the management and security teams at the business premises and conduct targeted disruption and operational patrols, in line with identified demand trends to identify, disrupt and arrest offenders. In addition, we will engage with those begging, signpost to relevant support services and take enforcement action against those repeatedly identified as causing a nuisance.
   

• To address serious and organised crime across the Harehills ward as part of CommUnity Harehills we continue to work alongside partner agencies, holding regular days of action and proactive hotspot patrols and the execution of warrants. Officers have executed misuse of drugs warrants, seized drugs and cash, arrested individuals involved in the supply and production of Class A and B drugs, along with safeguarding vulnerable young people and adults and working alongside partner agencies to secure premise closure orders.

• As part of Clear, Hold, Build CommUnity Harehills we continue to open Fusion 8 Community Hub on Bexley Road, Harehills, three times a week. Fusion 8 provides a safe and neutral space for residents to speak with local officers in the Community along with a free food and hygiene bank and uniform exchange. • To address retail related crime and incidents, officers and PCSO’s have conducted high visibility patrols and engagements with local businesses and will continue to engage with businesses and communities to address local concerns. The crime prevention officer has also visited several retail premises in the ward, offering crime prevention surveys and advice with a view to reducing theft from shop offences.

Temple Newsam and Halton Ward Areas

• To address road safety concerns and road related offences, across the Temple Newsam and Halton ward with a particular focus on Temple Newsam Park and surrounding streets. 
  We continue to proactively deploy in line with Fatal4, to address vehicular nuisance, speeding and driving offences at the affected locations. We continue to work closely with site management teams, to obtain and review CCTV footage, in order to identify offenders and we continue to work closely with Leeds City Anti-Social Behaviour Team, to take enforcement action against those repeatedly involved in the anti-social use of vehicles inclusive of anti-social car meets.
   
• To address reports of urban street gangs and organised criminal groups involved in the supply of drugs and serious violence, particularly across the Wykebecks and Halton Moor sections of the ward. 
  As part of Operation Doleedge, Operation Amblemill and Operation Shield, we continue to obtain warrants and bring offenders involved in the supply of drugs and associated criminality to justice. We will maintain our approach and utilise a range of operational tactics to disrupt offending, identify offenders, gather intelligence and work closely with partner agencies, to utilise all enforcement methods at our disposal, signpost and divert young people away from criminality and safeguard vulnerable victims.
   
• To address anti-social behaviour and Theft offences, across The Springs Retail Park. 
  To achieve this, we will increase our high visibility foot patrols across the site, along with ‘plain clothes’ operations with a view to disrupting and identifying offenders and those involved in anti-social behaviour. We will continue to work with site management, security, and individual businesses to listen and act upon concerns raised and gather evidential materials in order to take any relevant legal and civil enforcement actions. 

• To address serious and organised crime and youth violence and in line with Operation Doleedge ten individuals have been arrested, with significant quantities of drugs and money seized in Halton Moor. As a result, three individuals are currently remanded to prison, with a further seven individuals charged and released on court bail.
   
• As part of Operation Amblemill to address organised criminal groups, officers continue to proactively deploy across the ward, disrupting criminality and obtaining intelligence. A total of three individuals have been arrested with large amounts of drugs and money seized, with proactive work ongoing.
   
• To address Road Safety concerns the teams continue to take a proactive and enforceable approach to road safety matters, alongside the Leeds District Off-Road Bike Team. Proactive patrols continue across the Temple Newsam estate, which continues to present with high demands and work is in place alongside partner agencies and the local ward Councillor to better secure the site. A motorcycle was also seized in the Halton Moor section of the ward, under S165 of the Road Traffic Act. In addition, warning letters have been issued for parking concerns, tickets issued for obstruction and parking offences, with some motorists reported to the courts.
   
• We continue to conduct high visibility and plain clothes patrols and have held crime prevention events across The Springs Retail Park, to address reports of vehicular nuisance, car meets, theft and anti-social behaviour. The Leeds District Off-Road Bike Team, continue to deploy across the site and have seized two adapted E-Bikes reporting the riders to court. Patrols have also been conducted by the Safer Travel PCSO’s at the site, and NPT officers have identified five young people involved in anti-social behaviour with ASB warning letters issued. Garforth and Swillington, Kippax, Methley, and Villages Ward Areas

• To address public concerns of youth anti-social behaviour demands, with a particular focus in Allerton Bywater and Micklefield. We will conduct targeted high visibility patrols across demand locations, during peak times identified from call demand analysis and information provided by local communities, to identify those involved in ASB and nuisance motorcycle demands. We will aim to inform, engage, and provide advice for young people so they can make safer choices, whilst signposting and referring young people who need further support, along with taking the relevant enforcement action. 
   
• To target and address multiple road safety concerns including car meets, speeding and parking offences across the ward areas. We will continue to arrange planned operations in line with Fatal4 to address speeding, driving offences, parking offences and car meets in the communities we serve, along with utilising Speed Indication Devices to raise public awareness. We will work alongside the Leeds District Off-Road Bike Team to address reports of nuisance motorcycle demands, with a view to identifying those involved and taking relevant enforcement actions.
   
• To target reports of Theft from shop at the Co-op stores on Main Street, Garforth and High Street, Kippax. We will engage with store management teams and carry out high visibility patrols across the retail premises, with a view to identifying and disrupting those involved in Theft from shop, taking the relevant enforcement action to reduce demands. 
  
   

• We have conducted multiple patrols across Allerton Bywater, and Micklefield following previous reports of anti-social behaviour and damage. Several young people were previously spoken to and warned regarding their conduct and behaviour, which has resulted in a reduction in youth related anti-social behaviour. Leeds City Council Youth Services also continue to engage with young people across the area, educating them regarding the impacts and consequences of such behaviour whilst also signposting them into local provisions. We will continue to monitor demands across the area, at this time.
   
• To address Road Safety concerns in respect of reported concerns relating to speeding, parking, and nuisance motorcycle demands, we have conducted proactive patrols, conducted speed checks, schools parking patrols, and issued tickets for parking obstructions. Killingbeck and Seacroft Ward Areas

• To proactively address reports of drugs supply across the Seacroft ward and take positive enforcement actions. We will conduct targeted patrols to gather intelligence, and disrupt offenders involved in the supply of drugs. We will seek to obtain warrants and bring offenders involved in the supply of drugs to justice as part of Operation Balletmay, a targeted operation to address street level drug dealing, along with the anti-social and criminal usage of pedal cycles, electric motorbikes, and stolen vehicles.
   
• To seek to reduce the levels of Anti-Social Behaviour and associated criminality, with a specific focus on The Baileys and Barncrofts, Seacroft. We will deploy police resources to conduct targeted, proactive, and preventative patrols, across identified demand locations. We will seek to disrupt and identify those involved in ASB and associated offences, ensuring enforcement action is taken where suspects are identified. We will work in partnership with the relevant Housing providers, Anti-Social Behaviour Teams and Youth Services to address reported demands, take action against those repeatedly identified for causing ASB and will seek to signpost young people into the local provisions available. 
   
• To address reports of Theft and Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) across the Killingbeck Retail Park. We will carry out high visibility patrols across the retail premises, with a view to identifying and disrupting those involved in Theft and ASB, taking the relevant enforcement action to reduce demands.
   

• Operation Balletmay remains in place across the ward to target and address drugs supply, and reports of anti-social vehicle use relating to motorcycles, quads and electric bikes. Officers from the Neighbourhood Policing Team have executed misuse of drugs warrants in the ward, and the investigations remain ongoing. In addition, between February - March 2026 a total of nine individuals were dealt with for possession of Class A and B drugs offences, following proactive patrols, stop and search and identification when individuals were arrested for unrelated offences.
   
• The Leeds District Off-Road Bike Team continue to deploy across the ward, in March the team have seized three motorcycles in the ward, with two riders reported to the courts for driving offences including dangerous driving, driving whilst disqualified and driving without a license and insurance.
   
• Following proactive work to address Burglary-residential offences over the darker nights period and several crime prevention roadshows held, a review of demands identified that offences reduced by 45% between the September - December 2025 period compared to the same period the year prior. We will continue to monitor demands, and the Leeds East Crime Prevention Officer has been delivering crime prevention roadshows across East Leeds for the lighter nights period, to raise awareness of sneak-in and insecure burglary offences. • Following the work conducted to address Burglary demands, we have amended the local priority in the ward to address increased reports of Anti-Social Behaviour and associated criminality across The Baileys and The Barncrofts. 
   
• NPT officers have been proactively deploying across The Baileys with partner agencies, conducting leaflet drops, encouraging residents to report issues at the time of occurrence, along with visiting identified addresses with Housing providers to warn and advise regarding such behaviour. PCSO Taylor has liaised with the Leeds City Council Youth Services Team, to arrange and conduct some joint patrols in the area with the Youth Services bus to engage with young people and signpost them to available youth provisions in the area. In addition, several patrols have been conducted across the Barncroft residential tower blocks, following reports of young people accessing the communal areas. Several young people have been identified to date and the relevant referrals submitted to partner agencies.
   
• To address reports of anti-social behaviour and Theft at Killingbeck Retail site, we continue conduct high visibility, engagement, and enforcement patrols across the site, at peak times for demand. 
   

Crossgates and Whinmoor Ward Areas

• To address reports of anti-social behaviour involving young people, with a particular focus around Swarcliffe Avenue and the Whinmoor Bus Terminus. We will continue to conduct targeted high visibility patrols, with an aim to reduce reports of anti-social behaviour (ASB) in the area. We will work closely with Leeds City Council Youth Services, Leeds Anti-Social Behaviour Team and Housing focusing on joint and smart approaches for more long-term interventions such as restorative work for young people, and enforcement action for those repeatedly identified for causing anti-social behaviour. We will also work alongside the Safer Leeds Travel Team, to conduct joint patrols at locations where bus services have been disrupted.
   
• To identify and tackle vulnerable residents subject to exploitation and potential ‘cuckooing offences’ with the ward area. In response to a number of third-party concerns regarding vulnerable residents being targeted for possible financial exploitation. We have and will continue to work in partnership with local housing providers, Leeds City Council Adult Social Care services to respond to reports and work collaboratively to ensure the relevant and correct safeguarding plans are implemented, whilst continuing to seek to disrupt and reduce offences of exploitation along with identifying suspects.
   
• To tackle and address Theft from Shop at the Crossgates Shopping Centre and Swarcliffe Avenue retail premises. We aim to achieve this through opening key communication channels with retail outlets, the onsite management and security teams. We will conduct high visibility patrols, identify persistent offenders taking relevant enforcement actions and we continue to deliver our community contact point, at Crossgates Library and are exploring engagement opportunities in the Swarcliffe area.

• We have conducted high visibility deployments across the ward to engage with young people, signposting them and diverting them into the local provisions available. On the 25th February 2026, a "Trojan Bus" operation was conducted in partnership with the Safer Travel Team and First Bus. The operation was conducted to address recent incidents of anti-social behaviour and reports of young people opening the emergency exits on busses, along with reports of damage which caused disruption to bus services across the area impacting communities who rely on public transport. Several young people were identified during the operation, with appropriate action taken and we continue to monitor demands, deploying across the ward accordingly.
   
• We continue to deliver a high visibility footprint at Crossgates Shopping Centre, and have recently increased patrols across Swarcliffe retail sites following a rise in Theft from shop offences. The focus remains on identifying offenders and taking all the relevant enforcement actions available at our disposal. The Leeds East ASB Link officer continues to review demands issuing Community Protection Notices, and seeks Criminal Behaviour Orders for repeat offenders with an ambition to reduce crime and increase confidence that the shopping centre and local retail outlets are still safe places to shop.
   
• On the 1st April 2026, NPT PCSO's assisted a response officer at a retail premise on Swarcliffe Avenue, following reports of Theft from shop offence in progress and the suspect resisting arrest. The adult female was arrested for Theft, further checks identified that the individual was also wanted in connection with several other offences.
    
• We continue to safeguard vulnerable people suspected of being financially exploited across the ward. We have and continue to work collaboratively with the Housing providers in relation to identified addresses of concern, and the local authority social care team to tackle and address reports, concerns and ensure the relevant safeguarding measures are in place. As a result of previous multi-agency work an adult male suspected to be involved in exploitation offences, was identified, arrested, and charged with multiple offences and remanded into custody pending their appearance before the courts. We continue to act on new information received through the multi-agency approach to protect and safeguard vulnerable adults.

• In addition, to the above officers continue to seize large quantities of Cannabis across the ward, on a regular basis. Proactive deployments have included individuals and vehicles stopped and searched, intelligence gathered, enforcement of the PSPO in place with an individuals dispersed from the area and an operation was also held at a local hospital resulting in one individual reported to the courts for possession of Class B drugs.
    
• As part of Clear, Hold, Build CommUnity Harehills we continue to open Fusion 8 Community Hub on Bexley Road, Harehills, three times a week. Fusion 8 provides a safe and neutral space for residents to speak with local officers in the Community along with a free food and hygiene bank and uniform exchange. • As part of the teams ongoing commitment to address road safety matters and associated environmental concerns, we have held a further multi-agency operation across the ward. Officers also continue to proactively deploy across the ward, and issue traffic offence reports where road related offences are identified, and NPT Teams continue to deliver Road Safety lessons in local schools. • To address retail related crime and incidents, officers and PCSO’s continue to conduct high visibility patrols and engagements with local businesses, to respond to reports of Theft from shop and begging outside retail premises. The crime prevention officer previously conducted a site security survey at a local business site on Coldcotes Circus, following increased reports of Theft from shop offences and NPT continue to monitor and deploy with a view to identifying repeat offenders. On the 19th February 2026, PC Dorsett arrested an adult male in Harehills, in connection with a Theft from shop offence.

Burmantofts and Richmond Hill Ward Areas

• To address reports of urban street gangs and organised criminal groups involved in serious and organised crime, particularly across the Lincoln Green and Burmantofts section of the ward. We will gather intelligence, identify, disrupt and arrest offenders involved in urban street gangs, organised criminal groups as part of Operation Delldale. We will work collaboratively with partner agencies and third sectors to educate, disrupt, and divert young people away from criminality and ensure vulnerable victims are safeguarded.
   
• To address road related offences across the ward. We will conduct proactive and targeted patrols to address roads related offences across the ward, and will work alongside partner agencies to take all relevant enforcement actions to provide safer roads and streets for all.
   
• To reduce Theft from Shop and incident demand at the One Stop Shop, on Temple View Grove. We will engage with the management and security team at the business premise and conduct targeted disruption and operational patrols in line with identified demand trends to identify and arrest offenders.

• To address urban street gangs and organised criminal groups, we continue to proactively deploy resources as part of Operation Delldale inclusive of high visibility patrols and plain clothes operations. Officers have seized drugs, arrested individuals for drugs and weapons offences and continue to conduct disruption visits, whilst ensuring any relevant safeguarding referrals are conducted accordingly. 
   
• We continue to engage with young people and communities to raise awareness of child criminal exploitation, how to report, the support that is available and how parents and guardians can spot the signs. 
   
• Tackling road related offences across the ward we continue to work alongside multiple partner agencies, to address community concerns raised. Extensive work has been conducted across the ward inclusive of multi-agency operations and days of action resulting in tickets issued, vehicles seized and school parking enforcement patrols conducted.
   
• We have held several days of action with Leeds City Council partners to address community and environmental concerns raised, whilst offering support, advice and signposting residents where required and needed. In addition, we have engaged with local business alongside Trading Standards in Lincoln Green.
   
• To address shop theft at the One Stop business premise, extensive work and a series of operations were conducted to try and reduce demands, with arrests made, Community Protection Notices issued, and proactive reassurance patrols implemented. The Leeds East NPT Anti-Social Behaviour Officer, continues to seek enforcement action such as Community Protection Notices and Criminal Behaviour orders against repeat offenders.

Temple Newsam and Halton Ward Areas

• To address reports of urban street gangs and organised criminal groups involved in the supply of drugs and serious violence, particularly across the Wykebecks and Halton Moor sections of the ward. 
  As part of Operation Doleedge and Operation Shield, we continue to obtain warrants and bring offenders involved in the supply of drugs and associated criminality to justice. We will maintain our approach and utilise a range of operational tactics to disrupt offending, identify offenders, gather intelligence and work closely with partner agencies, to utilise all enforcement methods at our disposal, signpost and divert young people away from criminality and safeguard vulnerable victims.
   
• To address road safety concerns and road related offences, across the Temple Newsam and Halton ward with a particular focus on Temple Newsam Park and surrounding streets. 
  We continue to proactively deploy in line with Fatal4, to address vehicular nuisance, speeding and driving offences at the affected locations. We continue to work closely with site management teams, to obtain and review CCTV footage, in order to identify offenders and we continue to work closely with Leeds City Anti-Social Behaviour Team, to take enforcement action against those repeatedly involved in the anti-social use of vehicles inclusive of anti-social car meets.
    
• To address anti-social behaviour and Theft offences, across The Springs Retail Park. 
  To achieve this, we will increase our high visibility foot patrols across the site, along with ‘plain clothes’ operations with a view to disrupting and identifying offenders and those involved in anti-social behaviour. We will continue to work with site management, security, and individual businesses to listen and act upon concerns raised and gather evidential materials in order to take any relevant legal and civil enforcement actions. 

• To address serious and organised crime and youth violence and in line with Operation Doleedge ten individuals have been arrested, with significant quantities of drugs and money seized in Halton Moor. As a result, three individuals are currently remanded to prison, with a further seven individuals charged and released on court bail.
   
• As part of Operation Amblemill to address organised criminal groups, a significant amount of work was conducted across the ward to address drug supply. A number of individuals have previously been arrested with large amounts of drugs and money seized, charged and dealt with by the courts. In February, an individual identified as part of the Operation for drugs supply, was ordered to pay back nearly 400k or face an additional jail term. • To address Road Safety concerns the teams continue to take a proactive and enforceable approach to road safety matters, alongside the Leeds District Off-Road Bike Team. Proactive patrols continue across the Temple Newsam estate, which continues to present with high demands and work is in place alongside partner agencies and the local ward Councillor to better secure the site. Over the last ten weeks the Leeds District Off-Road Bike Team have seized six stolen motorcycles, seven E-Bikes and made four arrests across the ward area. They continue to conduct proactive patrols and regularly post their deployments and actions taken on Leeds East NPT Facebook Page, keep up to date with their posts at: (5) Facebook 
   
• We continue to conduct high visibility and plain clothes patrols and have held crime prevention events across The Springs Retail Park, to address reports of vehicular nuisance, car meets, theft and anti-social behaviour. On the 8th March 2026, NPT officers seized a vehicle at location following reports of a car meet under S59 Powers of the Police Reform Act 2002 and the motorist was reported to the courts for driving without due care and attention. • In addition, on Tuesday 24th March 2026 a prolific shoplifter was issued with a Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) and a custodial sentence following offences committed across the Springs Retail Park and other business premises across Leeds. Garforth and Swillington, Kippax, Methley, and Villages Ward Areas

• To address public concerns of youth anti-social behaviour demands, with a particular focus around Ninevah Lane in Allerton Bywater, Saville Road and Summer Hill Road in Methley, St Aidan’s Nature Reserve in Swillington, and Main Street in Garforth. We will conduct targeted high visibility patrols across demand locations, during peak times identified from call demand analysis and information provided by local communities, to identify those involved in ASB. We will aim to inform, engage, and provide advice for young people so they can make safer choices, whilst signposting and referring young people who need further support, along with taking the relevant enforcement action. 
   
• To target and address multiple road safety concerns including car meets, speeding, parking offences and nuisance motorcycle demands across the ward areas. We will continue to arrange planned operations in line with Fatal4 to address speeding, driving offences, parking offences and car meets in the communities we serve, along with utilising Speed Indication Devices to raise public awareness. We will work alongside the Leeds District Off-Road Bike Team to address reports of nuisance motorcycle demands, with a view to identifying those involved and taking relevant enforcement actions.
   
• To target reports of Theft from shop and reports of begging across Main Street, Garforth. We will engage with store management teams and carry out high visibility patrols across the retail premises, with a view to identifying and disrupting those involved in Theft from shop and begging in the area ensuring the relevant enforcement action is taken to reduce demands. 
  
   

• We have conducted multiple patrols across the Community Gardens in Garforth, following the previous anti-social behaviour demands reported. Young people were spoken to in the locality and anti-social behaviour demands reduced, this has now been removed from the local priorities. 
   
• We have seen a recent increase in reports of youth related ASB across Allerton Bywater with reports of youths causing a nuisance, congregating on football fields, drinking alcohol and suspected drugs use, along with increased reports of young people lighting fires.  We have conducted numerous patrols across these areas and stopped and spoken to young people, to advise, warn and signpost them into local provisions. A social media post was published by PCSO Hurley on the 18th May 2026, requesting parents to speak with young people regarding the dangers and consequences of lighting fires. • Leeds City Council Youth Services also continue to engage with young people across the area, educating them regarding the impacts and consequences of such anti-social behaviour. The local PCSO’s attend youth centre-based provisions regularly, to engage with young people which has resulted in positive relations being formed in the community.

• In addition, the Crime Prevention Officer held a lighter night’s crime prevention event at St Aidan’s Nature Reserve on Friday 10th April 2026, with a focus on Burglary offences and has conducted several crime prevention surveys across the ward.
   
• To address Road Safety concerns raised in relation to speeding, parking, and nuisance motorcycle demands, we have conducted proactive enforcement patrols, partnership working and engagements across the ward areas. The deployments have resulted in several seizures of motorcycles and EAPC’s – Electrical Assisted Pedal Cycles, motorists reported to the courts, tickets issued and more. • Following the Garforth and Swillington PACT meeting held on Wednesday 17th June 2026, we will conduct targeted proactive patrols across Skelton Gate, Sturton Lane, New Sturton Lane, and Barrowby Lane to address the concerns raised regarding nuisance motorcycle demands, speeding and criminality. Residents are encouraged to report any incidents or concerns at the time, so we can respond accordingly and monitor demand trends.
   
• We continue to conduct patrols across Main Street, Garforth to address reports of theft from shop offences, retail crime and reports of begging. Officers have engaged with local businesses and obtained CCTV footage, which has resulted in individuals being identified for begging offences and Community Protection Notice Warnings will be issued. 

Killingbeck and Seacroft Ward Areas

• To proactively address reports of drugs supply across the Seacroft ward and take positive enforcement actions. We will conduct targeted patrols to gather intelligence, and disrupt offenders involved in the supply of drugs. We will seek to obtain warrants and bring offenders involved in the supply of drugs to justice as part of Operation Balletmay, a targeted operation to address street level drug dealing, along with the anti-social and criminal usage of pedal cycles, electric motorbikes, and stolen vehicles.
   
• To seek to reduce the levels of Anti-Social Behaviour and associated criminality, with a specific focus on The Baileys and Barncrofts, Seacroft. We will deploy police resources to conduct targeted, proactive, and preventative patrols, across identified demand locations. We will seek to disrupt and identify those involved in ASB and associated offences, ensuring enforcement action is taken where suspects are identified. We will work in partnership with the relevant Housing providers, Anti-Social Behaviour Teams and Youth Services to address reported demands, take action against those repeatedly identified for causing ASB and will seek to signpost young people into the local provisions available. 
   
• To address reports of Theft and Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) across the Killingbeck Retail Park. We will carry out high visibility patrols across the retail premises, with a view to identifying and disrupting those involved in Theft and ASB, taking the relevant enforcement action to reduce demands.
   

• Operation Balletmay remains in place across the ward to target and address drugs supply, and reports of anti-social vehicle use relating to motorcycles, quads and electric bikes. Officers from the Neighbourhood Policing Team executed a misuse of drugs warrant on the 10th of June 2026, resulting in a Cannabis Farm being located, and the investigation remains ongoing. In addition, between May - June 2026 a total of eight individuals were dealt with for possession of Class A and B drugs offences, following proactive patrols, stop and search and identification when individuals were arrested for unrelated offences. This resulted in one individual being charged for drugs offences, two Community Resolutions issued and further investigations ongoing.
   
• The Leeds District Off-Road Bike Team continue to deploy across the ward, between the 18th March to the 19th May 2026 the team arrested one individual in Seacroft, reported two riders to the courts for driving offences and seized nine vehicles inclusive of motorbikes, quads and E-Bikes.
   
• On the 7th of April 2026, a multi-agency engagement day was held across Baileys Crescent by Leeds East NPT, Places for People, Money Buddies and Leeds City Council Youth Services to engage with local residents, families and young people. • PCSO Taylor and Leeds City Council Youth Services are in correspondence to arrange another outreach day in the Community. In the meantime, NPT continue to deploy across the location and engage with young people and families and encourage residents to report issues as they occur.
   
• In addition, several patrols have been conducted across the Barncroft residential tower blocks, following reports of young people accessing the communal areas. Several young people have been identified to date and the relevant referrals submitted to partner agencies. The demands have recently reduced across the location, and we continue to monitor and respond to any reports at this time.
   
• To address reports of anti-social behaviour and Theft at Killingbeck Retail site, we continue conduct high visibility, engagement, and enforcement patrols across the site, at peak times for demand. Community Protection Notice Warnings have been issued to individuals persistently found to be begging outside the location, whilst also ensuring the individuals are signposted to support provisions available.
   
• In addition, PC Wilson the Anti-Social Behaviour Link Officer continues to review Theft from shop offences and repeat offenders, and is currently reviewing four individuals persistently involved in shoplifting offences across the ward, with a view to obtaining Criminal Behaviour Orders.
   

Crossgates and Whinmoor Ward Areas

• To address reports of anti-social behaviour involving young people, with a particular focus around Swarcliffe Avenue, Austhorpe Road and Manston Park. We will conduct targeted high visibility patrols, with an aim to reduce reports of anti-social behaviour (ASB) in the area. We will work closely with Leeds City Council Youth Services and Leeds Anti-Social Behaviour Team focusing on joint and smart approaches for more long-term interventions such as restorative work for young people, and enforcement action for those repeatedly identified for causing anti-social behaviour. We will engage with young people involved and signpost them into local provisions, whilst providing reassurance to residents and local businesses affected by such behaviours.
   
• To address vehicular nuisance across the ward inclusive of nuisance motorcycles, quad bikes and EAPC – Electric Assisted Pedal Cycle demands. We will engage with residents and provide details on how to report information, conduct high visibility patrols alongside the Leeds District Off-Road Bike Team and gather intelligence to take all relevant enforcement actions available.
   
• To tackle and address Theft from Shop at the Crossgates Shopping Centre and Swarcliffe Avenue retail premises. We aim to achieve this through opening key communication channels with retail outlets, the onsite management and security teams. We will conduct high visibility patrols, identify persistent offenders taking relevant enforcement actions and we continue to deliver our community contact point, at Crossgates Library and are exploring engagement opportunities in the Swarcliffe area.

• Following on from proactive patrols across the Whinmoor Bus Terminus and the previous "Trojan Bus" operation and multi-agency approach with partners and Councillor Gibson, there has been a significant reduction in reports at the location. Several young people were identified for causing anti-social behaviour and were issued with ASB warning letters. This location has now been removed from the local priorities, the local NPT officers will continue to monitor and respond to any reports received in the area.
   
• Recent reports have identified an increase in anti-social behaviour across Swarcliffe Avenue, Austhorpe Road and Manston Park. Officers will be proactively deploying across the repeat demand locations identified and raised by communities and businesses alike. We have also engaged with Leeds City Council Youth Services, who are conducting outreach across the affected areas, to engage with young people and signpost them into local provisions available in the community. PCSO’s also continue to visit the community youth-based provision in Swarcliffe and have fostered positive relations with young people.
   
• We continue to deliver a high visibility footprint at Crossgates Shopping Centre and have recently increased patrols across Swarcliffe retail sites following a rise in Theft from shop offences. The focus remains on identifying offenders and taking all the relevant enforcement actions available at our disposal. Officers are in regular attendance at the retail premises in Swarcliffe and a problem-solving occurrence is in place to address demands. The Leeds East ASB Link officer continues to review demands issuing Community Protection Notices and has secured several Criminal Behaviour Orders for repeat offenders, with an ambition to reduce crime and increase confidence that the shopping centre and local retail outlets are still safe places to shop.
   
• We continue to address reports of vehicular nuisance across the ward area and have re-added this to the local priorities following reports from the local Councillors, partner agencies and communities who have highlighted increased concerns and demands in the locality. However, the reports made to the police have reduced over recent months, and we encourage residents to report issues as they are occurring so officers can be deployed. Community intelligence is a key component that helps us to address demands, and identify individuals involved. • The Leeds District Off-Road Bike Team continue to deploy across the area and since the previous local priority update, they have seized two motorcycles and made one arrest in the ward.

• In addition, local PCSO’s continue to deliver educational inputs across local primary schools inclusive of water safety, the consequences of crime and anti-social behaviour, drugs awareness and keeping safe.

Gipton and Harehills Ward Areas

• To address reports and incidents linked to drugs supply, organised criminality, and street drinking, with a particular focus along Harehills Road, the Bayswater’s, and Ashton's in the Harehills section of the ward. As part of the Clear, Hold and Build Home Office initiative, locally named as CommUnity Harehills we will work with the community to develop intelligence and act on reports, and information received. We will hold targeted days of action, multi-agency operations and seek to obtain warrants, to pursue and disrupt offending.
   
• To address road safety matters and concerns raised, across Gipton and Harehills with a particular focus on Electric Assisted Pedal Cycles (EAPC). We will conduct targeted road safety patrols, days of action and operations across the ward, and we will continue to work collaboratively with partner agencies to ensure all legal and relevant enforcement action is taken to keep communities and motorists safe.
   
• To engage with local businesses across the ward, with a particular focus in Harehills to reduce criminality and anti-social behaviour. We will engage with management, security teams and staff personnel at business premises to identify any concerns, obtain intelligence and raise awareness of the actions that will be taken to address criminality and anti-social behaviour around business premises. This will also include action against business premises found to be involved in criminality, or where they are found to be breaching their premise license conditions.

• To tackle serious and organised crime in Harehills through CommUnity Harehills, officers continue to work with partner agencies on regular days of action and hotspot patrols. This has resulted in warrants, arrests, seizures of drugs, cash and weapons, and Community Protection Notice warnings. • A further update published on 25 June 2026 highlighted ongoing work by NPT, Team Leodis and partners, including six partial closure orders, one full closure order obtained, arrests, drugs, weapons and vehicle seizures, road safety enforcement, immigration operations, individuals reported to the courts and individuals safeguarded. • Road safety remains a priority, with a renewed focus on Electric Assisted Pedal Cycles (EAPCs) following increased community concerns. During Anti-Social Behaviour Awareness Week, NPT officers and the Leeds District Off-Road Bike Team conducted enforcement activity across Gipton on the 28th and 29th June, resulting in the seizure of EAPCs and motorcycles under Section 59 powers.
   
• To address shoplifting on Coldcotes Circus, the ASB Link Officer has secured several Criminal Behaviour Orders against repeat offenders, banning them from all Co-op stores in Leeds and a number of other retail premises where they had committed offences.
   
• Reflecting current community concerns, the business priority has been updated to focus on tackling crime and anti-social behaviour at and around businesses in the Harehills area, including premises suspected of facilitating criminal activity. A day of action led by NPT officer PC Dixon was held on the 23rd June 2026, involving several partner agency deployments including HMRC Excise and Licensing, Immigration, Leeds City Council Waste Crime Teams and the Police Modern Day Slavery Team. • To address concerns raised by the community and local businesses regarding homeless individuals begging and causing anti-social behaviour, outside retail premises across the ward. We will continue to deploy and address incidents through engagements, signposting individuals to support provisions and enforcement action where applicable.

• To address urban street gangs and organised criminal groups, we continue to proactively deploy resources as part of Operation Delldale inclusive of high visibility patrols and plain clothes operations. NPT and operational officers have seized drugs, arrested individuals for drugs and weapons offences and continue to conduct disruption visits, whilst ensuring any relevant safeguarding referrals are conducted accordingly. 
   
• On the 19th May 2026, officers arrested an individual wanted on recall to Prison, and ten individuals were dealt with for possession of Class A and B drugs between the 1st June – 1st July 2026. To date this has resulted in two individuals being charged with drugs offences and five Community Resolutions issued. 
   
• Further to the above, two Misuse of Drugs warrants were executed across the ward resulting in one individual being issued with a Community Resolution and one adult male arrested for breach of a court order.
   
• Tackling road related offences across the ward we continue to work alongside multiple partner agencies, to address community concerns raised. In May, PCSO Coe deployed with Leeds City Council Parking Services and the ward Councillor to address parking concerns at Richmond Hill Academy. • Extensive work has been conducted across the ward to address parking related issues. During Neighbourhood Policing Week of Action, PCSO Coe deployed with parking services across the ward resulting in 35 parking tickets and brings the running total of tickets issued to 459 tickets, since January 2025. • Extensive work has been conducted to address the previous business priority, which was to address shoplifting offences at the One Stop business premise. Officers conducted proactive and plain clothes patrols, engaged with management and staff, and the Anti-Social Behaviour Link Officer has obtained several Criminal Behaviour Orders in respect of repeat offenders. One repeat offender has been banned from attending all One Stop shops and Co-op stores across Leeds.
   
• To address the new business priority officers have been proactively deploying across the ward, to address the concerns raised. Individuals repeatedly causing a nuisance, harassment and anti-social behaviour have been issued with Community Protection Notices and or Warnings. Garforth and Swillington, Kippax, Methley, and Villages Ward Areas

• To address public concerns of youth anti-social behaviour demands, with a particular focus around Ninevah Lane in Allerton Bywater, Saville Road and Summer Hill Road in Methley, St Aidan’s Nature Reserve in Swillington, and Main Street in Garforth. We will conduct targeted high visibility patrols across demand locations, during peak times identified from call demand analysis and information provided by local communities, to identify those involved in ASB. We will aim to inform, engage, and provide advice for young people so they can make safer choices, whilst signposting and referring young people who need further support, along with taking the relevant enforcement action. 
   
• To target and address multiple road safety concerns including car meets, speeding, parking offences and nuisance motorcycle demands across the ward areas. We will continue to arrange planned operations in line with Fatal4 to address speeding, driving offences, parking offences and car meets in the communities we serve, along with utilising Speed Indication Devices to raise public awareness. We will work alongside the Leeds District Off-Road Bike Team to address reports of nuisance motorcycle demands, with a view to identifying those involved and taking relevant enforcement actions.
   
• To target reports of Theft from shop and reports of begging across Main Street, Garforth. We will engage with store management teams and carry out high visibility patrols across the retail premises, with a view to identifying and disrupting those involved in Theft from shop and begging in the area ensuring the relevant enforcement action is taken to reduce demands. 
  
   

• We have conducted multiple patrols across the Community Gardens in Garforth, following the previous anti-social behaviour demands reported. Young people were spoken to in the locality and anti-social behaviour demands reduced, this has now been removed from the local priorities. 
   
• We have seen a recent increase in reports of youth related ASB across Allerton Bywater with reports of youths causing a nuisance, congregating on football fields, drinking alcohol and suspected drugs use, along with increased reports of young people lighting fires.  We have conducted numerous patrols across these areas and stopped and spoken to young people, to advise, warn and signpost them into local provisions. A social media post was published by PCSO Hurley on the 18th May 2026, requesting parents to speak with young people regarding the dangers and consequences of lighting fires. • Leeds City Council Youth Services also continue to engage with young people across the area, educating them regarding the impacts and consequences of such anti-social behaviour. The local PCSO’s attend youth centre-based provisions regularly, to engage with young people which has resulted in positive relations being formed in the community.

• In addition, the Crime Prevention Officer held a lighter night’s crime prevention event at St Aidan’s Nature Reserve on Friday 10th April 2026, with a focus on Burglary offences and has conducted several crime prevention surveys across the ward.
   
• To address Road Safety concerns raised in relation to speeding, parking, and nuisance motorcycle demands, we have conducted proactive enforcement patrols, partnership working and engagements across the ward areas. The deployments have resulted in several seizures of motorcycles and EAPC’s – Electrical Assisted Pedal Cycles, motorists reported to the courts, tickets issued and more. • Following the Garforth and Swillington PACT meeting held on Wednesday 17th June 2026, we will conduct targeted proactive patrols across Skelton Gate, Sturton Lane, New Sturton Lane, and Barrowby Lane to address the concerns raised regarding nuisance motorcycle demands, speeding and criminality. Residents are encouraged to report any incidents or concerns at the time, so we can respond accordingly and monitor demand trends.
   
• We continue to conduct patrols across Main Street, Garforth to address reports of theft from shop offences, retail crime and reports of begging. Officers have engaged with local businesses and obtained CCTV footage, which has resulted in individuals being identified for begging offences and Community Protection Notice Warnings will be issued. 

Killingbeck and Seacroft Ward Areas

• To proactively address reports of drugs supply across the Seacroft ward and take positive enforcement actions. We will conduct targeted patrols to gather intelligence, and disrupt offenders involved in the supply of drugs. We will seek to obtain warrants and bring offenders involved in the supply of drugs to justice as part of Operation Balletmay, a targeted operation to address street level drug dealing, along with the anti-social and criminal usage of pedal cycles, electric motorbikes, and stolen vehicles.
   
• To seek to reduce the levels of Anti-Social Behaviour and associated criminality, with a specific focus on The Baileys and Barncrofts, Seacroft. We will deploy police resources to conduct targeted, proactive, and preventative patrols, across identified demand locations. We will seek to disrupt and identify those involved in ASB and associated offences, ensuring enforcement action is taken where suspects are identified. We will work in partnership with the relevant Housing providers, Anti-Social Behaviour Teams and Youth Services to address reported demands, take action against those repeatedly identified for causing ASB and will seek to signpost young people into the local provisions available. 
   
• To address reports of Theft and Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) across the Killingbeck Retail Park. We will carry out high visibility patrols across the retail premises, with a view to identifying and disrupting those involved in Theft and ASB, taking the relevant enforcement action to reduce demands.
   

• Operation Balletmay remains in place across the ward to target and address drugs supply, and reports of anti-social vehicle use relating to motorcycles, quads and electric bikes. Officers from the Neighbourhood Policing Team executed a misuse of drugs warrant on the 10th of June 2026, resulting in a Cannabis Farm being located, and the investigation remains ongoing. In addition, between May - June 2026 a total of eight individuals were dealt with for possession of Class A and B drugs offences, following proactive patrols, stop and search and identification when individuals were arrested for unrelated offences. This resulted in one individual being charged for drugs offences, two Community Resolutions issued and further investigations ongoing.
   
• The Leeds District Off-Road Bike Team continue to deploy across the ward, between the 18th March to the 19th May 2026 the team arrested one individual in Seacroft, reported two riders to the courts for driving offences and seized nine vehicles inclusive of motorbikes, quads and E-Bikes.
   
• On the 7th of April 2026, a multi-agency engagement day was held across Baileys Crescent by Leeds East NPT, Places for People, Money Buddies and Leeds City Council Youth Services to engage with local residents, families and young people. • PCSO Taylor and Leeds City Council Youth Services are in correspondence to arrange another outreach day in the Community. In the meantime, NPT continue to deploy across the location and engage with young people and families and encourage residents to report issues as they occur.
   
• In addition, several patrols have been conducted across the Barncroft residential tower blocks, following reports of young people accessing the communal areas. Several young people have been identified to date and the relevant referrals submitted to partner agencies. The demands have recently reduced across the location, and we continue to monitor and respond to any reports at this time.
   
• To address reports of anti-social behaviour and Theft at Killingbeck Retail site, we continue conduct high visibility, engagement, and enforcement patrols across the site, at peak times for demand. Community Protection Notice Warnings have been issued to individuals persistently found to be begging outside the location, whilst also ensuring the individuals are signposted to support provisions available.
   
• In addition, PC Wilson the Anti-Social Behaviour Link Officer continues to review Theft from shop offences and repeat offenders, and is currently reviewing four individuals persistently involved in shoplifting offences across the ward, with a view to obtaining Criminal Behaviour Orders.
   

Crossgates and Whinmoor Ward Areas

• To address reports of anti-social behaviour involving young people, with a particular focus around Swarcliffe Avenue, Austhorpe Road and Manston Park. We will conduct targeted high visibility patrols, with an aim to reduce reports of anti-social behaviour (ASB) in the area. We will work closely with Leeds City Council Youth Services and Leeds Anti-Social Behaviour Team focusing on joint and smart approaches for more long-term interventions such as restorative work for young people, and enforcement action for those repeatedly identified for causing anti-social behaviour. We will engage with young people involved and signpost them into local provisions, whilst providing reassurance to residents and local businesses affected by such behaviours.
   
• To address vehicular nuisance across the ward inclusive of nuisance motorcycles, quad bikes and EAPC – Electric Assisted Pedal Cycle demands. We will engage with residents and provide details on how to report information, conduct high visibility patrols alongside the Leeds District Off-Road Bike Team and gather intelligence to take all relevant enforcement actions available.
   
• To tackle and address Theft from Shop at the Crossgates Shopping Centre and Swarcliffe Avenue retail premises. We aim to achieve this through opening key communication channels with retail outlets, the onsite management and security teams. We will conduct high visibility patrols, identify persistent offenders taking relevant enforcement actions and we continue to deliver our community contact point, at Crossgates Library and are exploring engagement opportunities in the Swarcliffe area.

• Following on from proactive patrols across the Whinmoor Bus Terminus and the previous "Trojan Bus" operation and multi-agency approach with partners and Councillor Gibson, there has been a significant reduction in reports at the location. Several young people were identified for causing anti-social behaviour and were issued with ASB warning letters. This location has now been removed from the local priorities, the local NPT officers will continue to monitor and respond to any reports received in the area.
   
• Recent reports have identified an increase in anti-social behaviour across Swarcliffe Avenue, Austhorpe Road and Manston Park. Officers will be proactively deploying across the repeat demand locations identified and raised by communities and businesses alike. We have also engaged with Leeds City Council Youth Services, who are conducting outreach across the affected areas, to engage with young people and signpost them into local provisions available in the community. PCSO’s also continue to visit the community youth-based provision in Swarcliffe and have fostered positive relations with young people.
   
• We continue to deliver a high visibility footprint at Crossgates Shopping Centre and have recently increased patrols across Swarcliffe retail sites following a rise in Theft from shop offences. The focus remains on identifying offenders and taking all the relevant enforcement actions available at our disposal. Officers are in regular attendance at the retail premises in Swarcliffe and a problem-solving occurrence is in place to address demands. The Leeds East ASB Link officer continues to review demands issuing Community Protection Notices and has secured several Criminal Behaviour Orders for repeat offenders, with an ambition to reduce crime and increase confidence that the shopping centre and local retail outlets are still safe places to shop.
   
• We continue to address reports of vehicular nuisance across the ward area and have re-added this to the local priorities following reports from the local Councillors, partner agencies and communities who have highlighted increased concerns and demands in the locality. However, the reports made to the police have reduced over recent months, and we encourage residents to report issues as they are occurring so officers can be deployed. Community intelligence is a key component that helps us to address demands, and identify individuals involved. • The Leeds District Off-Road Bike Team continue to deploy across the area and since the previous local priority update, they have seized two motorcycles and made one arrest in the ward.

• In addition, local PCSO’s continue to deliver educational inputs across local primary schools inclusive of water safety, the consequences of crime and anti-social behaviour, drugs awareness and keeping safe.

Gipton and Harehills Ward Areas

• To address reports and incidents linked to drugs supply, organised criminality, and street drinking, with a particular focus along Harehills Road, the Bayswater’s, and Ashton's in the Harehills section of the ward. As part of the Clear, Hold and Build Home Office initiative, locally named as CommUnity Harehills we will work with the community to develop intelligence and act on reports, and information received. We will hold targeted days of action, multi-agency operations and seek to obtain warrants, to pursue and disrupt offending.
   
• To address road safety matters and concerns raised, across Gipton and Harehills with a particular focus on Electric Assisted Pedal Cycles (EAPC). We will conduct targeted road safety patrols, days of action and operations across the ward, and we will continue to work collaboratively with partner agencies to ensure all legal and relevant enforcement action is taken to keep communities and motorists safe.
   
• To engage with local businesses across the ward, with a particular focus in Harehills to reduce criminality and anti-social behaviour. We will engage with management, security teams and staff personnel at business premises to identify any concerns, obtain intelligence and raise awareness of the actions that will be taken to address criminality and anti-social behaviour around business premises. This will also include action against business premises found to be involved in criminality, or where they are found to be breaching their premise license conditions.

• To tackle serious and organised crime in Harehills through CommUnity Harehills, officers continue to work with partner agencies on regular days of action and hotspot patrols. This has resulted in warrants, arrests, seizures of drugs, cash and weapons, and Community Protection Notice warnings. • A further update published on 25 June 2026 highlighted ongoing work by NPT, Team Leodis and partners, including six partial closure orders, one full closure order obtained, arrests, drugs, weapons and vehicle seizures, road safety enforcement, immigration operations, individuals reported to the courts and individuals safeguarded. • Road safety remains a priority, with a renewed focus on Electric Assisted Pedal Cycles (EAPCs) following increased community concerns. During Anti-Social Behaviour Awareness Week, NPT officers and the Leeds District Off-Road Bike Team conducted enforcement activity across Gipton on the 28th and 29th June, resulting in the seizure of EAPCs and motorcycles under Section 59 powers.
   
• To address shoplifting on Coldcotes Circus, the ASB Link Officer has secured several Criminal Behaviour Orders against repeat offenders, banning them from all Co-op stores in Leeds and a number of other retail premises where they had committed offences.
   
• Reflecting current community concerns, the business priority has been updated to focus on tackling crime and anti-social behaviour at and around businesses in the Harehills area, including premises suspected of facilitating criminal activity. A day of action led by NPT officer PC Dixon was held on the 23rd June 2026, involving several partner agency deployments including HMRC Excise and Licensing, Immigration, Leeds City Council Waste Crime Teams and the Police Modern Day Slavery Team. Burmantofts and Richmond Hill Ward Areas

• To address reports of urban street gangs and organised criminal groups involved in serious and organised crime, particularly across the Lincoln Green and Burmantofts section of the ward. We will gather intelligence, identify, disrupt and arrest offenders involved in urban street gangs, organised criminal groups as part of Operation Delldale. We will work collaboratively with partner agencies and third sectors to educate, disrupt, and divert young people away from criminality and ensure vulnerable victims are safeguarded.
   
• To address road related offences across the ward. We will conduct proactive and targeted patrols to address roads related offences across the ward and will work alongside partner agencies, to take all relevant enforcement actions to provide safer roads and streets for all.
   
• To address concerns raised by the community and local businesses regarding homeless individuals begging and causing anti-social behaviour, outside retail premises across the ward. We will continue to deploy and address incidents through engagements, signposting individuals to support provisions and enforcement action where applicable.

• To address urban street gangs and organised criminal groups, we continue to proactively deploy resources as part of Operation Delldale inclusive of high visibility patrols and plain clothes operations. NPT and operational officers have seized drugs, arrested individuals for drugs and weapons offences and continue to conduct disruption visits, whilst ensuring any relevant safeguarding referrals are conducted accordingly. 
   
• On the 19th May 2026, officers arrested an individual wanted on recall to Prison, and ten individuals were dealt with for possession of Class A and B drugs between the 1st June – 1st July 2026. To date this has resulted in two individuals being charged with drugs offences and five Community Resolutions issued. 
   
• Further to the above, two Misuse of Drugs warrants were executed across the ward resulting in one individual being issued with a Community Resolution and one adult male arrested for breach of a court order.
   
• Tackling road related offences across the ward we continue to work alongside multiple partner agencies, to address community concerns raised. In May, PCSO Coe deployed with Leeds City Council Parking Services and the ward Councillor to address parking concerns at Richmond Hill Academy. Temple Newsam and Halton Ward Areas

• To address reports of urban street gangs and organised criminal groups involved in the supply of drugs and serious violence, particularly across the Wykebecks and Halton Moor sections of the ward. 
  As part of Operation Doleedge and Operation Shield, we continue to obtain warrants and bring offenders involved in the supply of drugs and associated criminality to justice. We will maintain our approach and utilise a range of operational tactics to disrupt offending, identify offenders, gather intelligence and work closely with partner agencies, to utilise all enforcement methods at our disposal, signpost and divert young people away from criminality and safeguard vulnerable victims.
   
• To address road safety concerns and road related offences, across the Temple Newsam and Halton ward with a particular focus on Temple Newsam Park and surrounding streets. 
  We continue to proactively deploy in line with Fatal4, to address vehicular nuisance, speeding and driving offences at the affected locations. We continue to work closely with site management teams, to obtain and review CCTV footage, in order to identify offenders and we continue to work closely with Leeds City Anti-Social Behaviour Team, to take enforcement action against those repeatedly involved in the anti-social use of vehicles inclusive of anti-social car meets.
    
• To address anti-social behaviour and Theft offences, across The Springs Retail Park. 
  To achieve this, we will increase our high visibility foot patrols across the site, along with ‘plain clothes’ operations with a view to disrupting and identifying offenders and those involved in anti-social behaviour. We will continue to work with site management, security, and individual businesses to listen and act upon concerns raised and gather evidential materials in order to take any relevant legal and civil enforcement actions. 

• To tackle serious and organised crime in Halton Moor, neighbourhood officers led investigations into large-scale drug dealing operations. This resulted in several arrests and the seizure of drugs, weapons, cash, mobile phones, jewellery and designer clothing. Eight individuals were sentenced in June 2026 following the investigation. • Following a warrant executed by West Yorkshire Police's Economic Crime Unit in Halton Moor on 12 February 2026, a man was jailed in June 2026 after drugs and weapons worth more than £600,000 were seized from his address. He was sentenced to six years and nine months, while his partner was ordered to complete 100 hours of unpaid work. • Working in partnership with Leeds City Council Housing and Anti-Social Behaviour Team, a full premise closure order was obtained on a property on Wykebeck Road following repeat reports of criminal and anti-social activities at the premise.
   
• To address Road Safety concerns the teams continue to take a proactive and enforceable approach to road safety matters, alongside the Leeds District Off-Road Bike Team. As part of Anti-Social Behaviour Week officers deployed to Temple Newsam Park to address vehicular nuisance, resulting in ten motorists being issued with Section 59 warnings. 
   
• During proactive patrols elsewhere across the ward, officers issued a Section 59 warning and a traffic offence report for driving elsewhere other than a road.
   
• The Safer School’s officer at Temple Learning Academy continues to engage, educate and warn parents and guardians regarding safe and legal parking. Following previous warnings issue and repeated behaviours, PC Roebuck issued five Fixed Penalty Notices for parking on double yellow lines and zigzags between May and June 2026.
   
• Officers continue high visibility and plain clothes patrols across The Springs Retail Park, to address reports of vehicular nuisance, car meets, theft and anti-social behaviour. The anti-social behaviour link officer has secured several Criminal Behaviour Orders, against prolific shop theft offenders.
   
• Neighbourhood officers and PCSOs continue to support local communities through regular engagements at schools, community venues, contact points, PACT meetings and events. PCSO’s recently supported Pretty Muddy and Race for Life Events at Temple Newsam Park, with PCSO Barrett participating in the warm-up session on stage to help motivate and provide moral support for all participants.
