Wembley: peculiar parking in High Road
This car seems somehow to have found itself balancing on a broad, round bollard type thing on the corner of High Road and London Road. I assume that the truck partially in picture to the right is here to get it removed.

Wembley High Road On Boxing Day
Buses on the High Road during a busy Boxing Day for the shops. Closest is a First operated number 18 which normally routes between Sudbury & Harrow Road Station and Euston. The 18 is a high frequency route on which the Wright Eclipse Gemini bodied Volvo B9TL's like the one in this photo replaced Bendybuses just over a year ago. The service frequency is 6-7 minutes through the middle of the day. I suspect that some extra's were being run also to alleviate the effects of a strike on the London Underground - I note that this vehicle is turning short at Harlesden.

London Road, Wembley
London Road, strangely, is a side-street that sets off along the side of the railway line in the direction of London but ends in a cul-de-sac before it even gets to Tokyngton.
