Clandon Regis Golf Club
The driveway leading into this exclusive club in West Clandon, seen from the Epsom Road.
Clandon Regis was a former name for West Clandon village (it was also called King's Clandon). East Clandon used to be called Clandon Abbots.

Heading east from Clandon Regis golf course towards the medieval church. The tower is visible through the trees, left of centre. The path is grassy, little used, and has good views northwards, across the field, to the North Downs.

Old Milestone by the A246, Epsom Road, Clandon Park
Carved stone post by the A246, in parish of West Clandon (Guildford District), Epsom Road, Clandon Regis Golf Club (Clandon Park), on gravel island at entrance to golf club, on North North-west side of road. Leatherhead cut stone, erected by the Leatherhead & Stoke next Guildford Turnpike Trust in the 19th century.
