The cemetery backs onto Old Luss Road.

"In memory of James Whitelaw Hamilton R.S.A., Helensburgh, born at Glasgow 26 Nov 1860, died 17 Sept 1932" (some sources give the 16th as his date of death). The artist James Whitelaw Hamilton was an associate of the Glasgow Boys, but he himself is not generally seen as being fully a part of that movement. His younger sister Margaret (Maggie) Hamilton was married to the architect Alexander Nisbet Paterson, who was responsible for Helensburgh's Image, and also, in part, for the Image, which is located nearby. The small bronze detail on the lower part of the memorial represents the badge of the Highland Light Infantry; the accompanying inscription commemorates James' son Arthur Leslie Hamilton, who was killed in action in Mesopotamia in 1918.

This memorial, located near the cemetery's northern boundary, prominently features a Lamb of God (Agnus Dei) symbol.

The inscription on the near side commemorates "John Ure, LL.D., born at Glasgow, 19th July 1824, died at Helensburgh, 1st August 1901", and his wife Isabella Gibb (b. at Glasgow, 10th May 1828; d. at Helensburgh 15th Feb 1915). As noted on the base of the monument, the stone is "the property of John Ure, Cairndhu House and his family". Image was designed by the architect William Leiper, and was built for the John Ure who is named here; he was the Lord Provost of Glasgow from 1880 to 1883. The far side of the memorial commemorates his son, "the Right Honourable Alexander Ure, P.C., G.B.E., LL.D., Baron Strathclyde of Sandyford, Solicitor General 1905-1909, Lord Advocate 1909-1913, Lord Justice General and Lord President of the Court of Session 1913-1920" (b. 24th Feb 1853, d. 2nd Oct 1928), and Alexander's wife Margaret McDowall Steven (b. 20th Nov 1855, d. 25th June 1940). Other members of the family are named in inscriptions on the remaining sides.

The wall on the left is for Helensburgh Cemetery.

"In Memory of Hugh Kerr, Tobacco Merchant, Kentucky; born at Gatend, Beith, 3 January 1808; died at Helensburgh, 7th February 1891." ("Gatend, Beith" is at Image) The memorial, which stands near the northern boundary wall, was designed by the architect William Leiper. The monument is set beside the north-eastern boundary wall. In the inscription, the most familiar name is that of "Andrew Bonar Law, born 16th September 1858, died 30th October 1923, sometime Prime Minister of Great Britain. His ashes lie in Westminster Abbey". Andrew Bonar Law was Prime Minister during parts of 1922 and 1923; his tenure was cut short by illness. He was a relative of the Kidston family (see the left panel of the monument).
