Number 5 North Street is probably 17th century. Timber framed and rendered with a two level thatched roof. Listed, grade II, with details at: https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1126426 Wicken is a small village some 10 miles north east of Cambridge and 5 miles south of Ely. There are traces of occupation from the Stone Age, Bronze Age, Roman and Anglo-Saxon periods. The village is the site of Wicken Fen National Nature Reserve.

Erected 1852. Red brick with yellow gault brick dressings and slate roof of fish scale pattern slates. Grade II listed.
