The Green Room, Wine Street
This welcoming old building has recently been given a face-lift. Wine Street used to be known as Grope Lane from medieval times but was renamed in 1850 when the wine-vaults were built.

The old cop shop
Originally a town house built in 1849, it served as a police station and a surveyor's house until 1938. But it wasn't until 1988 that it was taken over as offices for Yeovil Town Council. See Image] for a remnant of its history.
