Hirons Nursery and Garden Centre.
This great, genuine, old fashioned nursery and garden centre was established in the early 1930s and is still run by members of the original family. It still sells fertilizers, seed potatoes and onion sets by the pound (although kilograms are shown to comply with Euro-regulations) and there is not a greeting card, coffee shop or twee gift department in sight. Long may it prosper.
