The edge of the hills
Looking east towards the slopes of Cote Hill, a western spur of the Hambleton Hills. The line of the bridleway can be seen ascending steeply into woodland. Brickshed Cottage is to the right.

Bridleway above Brickshed Cottage
This scene appears to have changed over the years as I'm sure the lower end of this bridleway used to be on open ground at the edge of a field. Maybe the field boundary has been moved, thus making the b/w more obvious, but also allowing the growth of vegetation to the sides. Lower slopes of Wool Moor in the distance.
