This un-prepossessing single storey industrial unit is home to Black Yak, a Fair Trade importer selling Yak Woollen knitted items from Nepal. The company provides product advice, favourable payments, and in some cases assistance with school and medical fees.

The lane is flanked by a yellow brick car sales showroom (not on the photograph) and a more traditional redbrick building. The latter seems to have some community function rather than being residential.

Middleton on the Wolds
A bit of the village green in the foreground, the Robin Hood pub and behind it the village church. All the street furniture, signage and lampposts are hard to avoid but I would hope that it gives some of the major features of the village.
