Grade II listed. Listing number 1319690. Tunnel Portal. 1837. Part of Telford's improvements to the Main Line. Brick arched structure with twin towpaths and brick horse treads forming a non-slip surface. Brick arch ring intersected by retaining wall at springing. Stone string course and stone capped brick retaining wall.
