Seen from the Thames Path, the boats are moored at the marina with modern apartment blocks behind. Confluence of Rivers Thames and Crane
The River Crane meets the Thames at two points: here just to the south of Isleworth Ait, but also where the Duke of Northumberland's River, a largely man-made tributary, flows into the Thames elsewhere in the gridsquare. The source of the Crane is at Hayes, Middlesex.
