Old Milestone by the A3036, Wandsworth Road, Lambeth parish
Carved stone post by the A3036 (was A3), in parish of LAMBETH (LAMBETH District), Wandsworth Road SW8, by No. 374, 100m Southwest of Albion Avenue, in pavement, on North side of road. Surrey limestone pillar, erected by the Surrey & Sussex turnpike trust in the 18th century.

Larkhall Rise
Late 19th Century houses in Larkhall Rise. The buildings here are shown on the 1895 1:1056 map, whereas the previous 1874 edition shows what would appear to be earlier terraced housing along all this section of the road, including across where the junction with Sibella Road (the side road on the far right of the photo) now stands.
