Yew Tree Lodge, West Drive
Neo-Georgian, by Leonard Stokes in 1899, with chimneys linked by brick screens. Grade II listed. It is now part of a local authority sheltered housing scheme. One of a number of large houses near Tooting Bec Common dating from the late C19th/early C20th.
