Waterloo Circular
A pair of class 455 electric units, with 5848 leading, depart Barnes on the home leg of the '21' circular route from/to Waterloo via Wimbledon, Kingston and Richmond. This view is from the footbridge connecting Dyer's Lane with Beauchamp Terrace. The Bridge in the distance carries Queen's Ride over the line.

Putney Park Lane - north end
The lane is a mile-long, wide, tree-lined avenue closed to traffic (except access) and part of the London Cycle Network. Possibly the most attractive cycle lane in London.

View from the footbridge at Dyers Lane
The line from Nine Elms to Richmond came into service on 27th July 1846. This view looks from the footbridge between Dyers Lane and Beauchamp Terrace towards Barnes station which is just beyond the bridge in the distance. There are two fast lines here for trains from Waterloo to Reading or Windsor & Eton Riverside and two slow lines for trains from Waterloo to Richmond and over the Hounslow Loop.
