Derelict land south of Burslem, Stoke-on-Trent
Old maps show pits and pools across this land by the Trent and Mersey Canal. The warehouse building on the right is the Sita UK Stoke Depot*. I see that 2022 OenStreetMap labels this development site as Burslem Marina, but can find no confirmation of this yet. The Etruria Valley Link Road, between the A500 and Festival Park is planned to be built off to the left. *Update: Renamed Suez Recycling and Recovery UK Ltd in 2015.
