Old Milepost by the A34, Pottal Pool crossroads
Cast iron post by the A34, in parish of HUNTINGTON (SOUTH STAFFORDSHIRE District), South of Pottal Pool cross roads, on the verge, on West side of road. Lathe iron casting, erected by the County Council in the 19th/20th century. Cycle path, A34
Watch out for the exit onto the Pottal Bank road. The path ends abruptly forcing a dangerous exit onto the road by the roundabout.

Bridleway down to Pottal Pool
A pleasant stroll, or ride, along the southern side of Cannock Chase. The hills & forests here are well provided with these trails, and make good walking country.
