Tudor Cottage was originally a pair of cottages now one house. Probably built in the early 17th century, timber framed with brick nogging, some herringbone panels. A walk around Bulkington [64]
The path now passes through this kissing gate, becomes enclosed and runs alongside Bulkington Recreation Ground towards High Street and the start of the walk.
The walk follows the White Horse Trail long distance path from Bulkington to Townsend. Various footpaths then run across the fields to Worton. A byway, Bradford’s Way, to Mill Lane and a footpath to return to Bulkington. About 4.7 miles.
