'The Cottage', Carew Road, Wallington
'The Cottage' was one of many semi-detached houses that lined Carew Road in Wallington, of which only one still stands. Most were demolished by 1967 to make way for new housing. This photograph was taken circa 1911 shortly after the houses had been built.

Police station for sale
The post for a blue lamp remains to the right of the street entrance, but sadly no lamp. Similarly the police notice boards are gone to the right of this, but their posts remain.
