Morden Hall is a late C17 house altered in about 1840. It has been used over the years for many purposes and is currently a wedding venue. It stands in Morden Hall Park which is owned by the National Trust.

Morden Hall is a late C17 house altered in about 1840. It has been used over the years for many purposes and is currently a wedding venue. It stands in Morden Hall Park which is owned by the National Trust. The watercourse is one of a number of bifurcations of the River Wandle.

Morden Hall House
Morden Hall House was built in 1770 by Mr Richard Garth replacing an earlier Tudor mansion. The house was sold to the Hatfeild family and became a school for young gentlemen in 1840 and a convalescent hospital during WW1. The greatly extended house has seen various commercial enterprises applied to it but currently appears to be without use. Access across a moat to the park is via a bridge, refer to picture Image
