Morden Hall House

Morden Hall House was built in 1770 by Mr Richard Garth replacing an earlier Tudor mansion. The house was sold to the Hatfeild family and became a school for young gentlemen in 1840 and a convalescent hospital during WW1. The greatly extended house has seen various commercial enterprises applied to it but currently appears to be without use. Access across a moat to the park is via a bridge, refer to picture Image
