Burnham railway station, Berkshire, 2009
Opened in 1899 as "Burnham Beeches" by the Great Western Railway on its line from London Paddington to Reading, the name was changed to "Burnham (Bucks)" in 1930 and plain "Burnham" in 1975. Whilst the town is in Buckinghamshire, the station has been in Berkshire since 1974. View west towards Taplow and Reading, some 8 years before the line was electrified. Burnham railway station, Berkshire

Slough Cycle Hire at Burnham Station
Opened in October 2013, this is Slough's version of London's "Boris Bike" cycle hire scheme. So far there are three docking stations, this one, another at Slough main station, and one in Slough Trading Estate. The scheme is mainly aimed at train commuters to and from the estate.
