Bath Road, West Slough
The busy A4 Bath Road has industrial units to its north and residential areas to its south. This section of the Bath Road has been turned into a huge car showroom, having been taken over on both sides by Trade Sales Slough.

Old Milestone by the A4 in Burnham
Carved stone post by the A4, in parish of Slough (Slough District), Bath Road; Burnham at junction with Elmshott Road (opposite Station Road), South East corner, beside traffic lights controlling the junction and a pedestrian crossing, set in the wide pavement some way in front of shops, on South side of road. Bath Road limestone diamond, erected by the Colnbrook, Datchet & Slough turnpike trust in the 18th century. Inscription reads:- : MAIDENHEAD / 3 : : LONDON / 23 : : SLOUGH / 2 : Carved benchmark on lower front right face. Grade II listed.
