Panshanger Park Run 257 - Final briefing
Saturday 5 km Park Runs around England are all timed to start at 0900. Here the final instructions are given and congratulations also to runners who have some milestone in their run today, such as the First Time Runners, those from outside Hertfordshire or the UK, or those for whom this is their fiftieth or hundredth Park Run.

With over 350 runners participating the elite runners assemble at the front in ready for the off. Over 5 km some youngsters can easily compete with adults!

Panshanger Park Run 257 - The off
At 0900 three hundred and thirty nine runners set off hoping to achieve a personal best around the 5 km hilly course. The fastest man achieved it in 18 mins 12 s, the fastest lady in 22 mins 25 s, being the 37th person to complete the course.
