Saturday 5 km Park Runs around England are all timed to start at 0900. Here the final instructions are given and congratulations also to runners who have some milestone in their run today, such as the First Time Runners, those from outside Hertfordshire or the UK, or those for whom this is their fiftieth or hundredth Park Run.
