The Coronet Cinema, Eltham
Former Odeon, now Coronet cinema. Built in 1936 by Andrew Mather and Horace Ward. Now Grade II listed but is undergoing re-development. The plans, which were backed by English Heritage, include 63 residential units, a restaurant based around the old foyer, a 60 seat auditorium for Greenwich University, the redevelopment of neighbouring shops and the restoration and refurbishment of the front of the cinema to its original condition.
