Former Odeon, now Coronet cinema. Built in 1936 by Andrew Mather and Horace Ward. Now Grade II listed but is undergoing re-development. The plans, which were backed by English Heritage, include 63 residential units, a restaurant based around the old foyer, a 60 seat auditorium for Greenwich University, the redevelopment of neighbouring shops and the restoration and refurbishment of the front of the cinema to its original condition. As seen across the A205 Westhorne Avenue.
