The Eltham Centre
A local government centre opened by Greenwich Council in 2008 on Archery Road off Eltham High Street. It includes a new public library to replace the old one on the High Street, a swimming pool and other leisure facilities, an enquiries desk and payment facility for local government services, and a cafe.
Part of the new centre stands on "Sun Yard" a former Council depot closed in 1999 [source: a web page of the Eltham Society, since removed]

Eltham High Street, London SE9
The Halifax Bank with the Eltham Centre in Archery Road, both modern buildings. The Halifax moved from Passey Place in the 70s to its current position in the High Street.
