Greenwich Creekside, completed
Construction work is now complete on the second phase of the Greenwich Creekside development: a previous stage of construction can be seen in Image, and the earlier phase just to the east in Image This view is from further along Creek Road. The development is actually on the Deptford side of the Creek, but putting Greenwich in the name gives it more appeal to potential buyers. Like most such developments it includes space for commercial letting on the ground floor, with several floors of apartments above.

Royal West Greenwich
One of the new signs erected following Greenwich being declared a Royal Borough on 3 February 2012. This one welcomes the visitor to "West Greenwich" i.e. the small area west of Deptford Creek, which is anomalously in Greenwich borough (most of the area west of the Creek is in Lewisham). The pointed apartment block in the distance is the new ly completed Greenwich Creekside, phase 2 - see Image
