Charlton Athletic - North Stand
Current capacity of The Valley is 27,111. The ground is almost completely surrounded by residential housing leaving little room for expansion. I passed the ground in my wandering in October of the 2016/17 season. The club was languishing in the lower reaches of Division 1 - the third tier of English Football. The North Stand is bounded by Harvey Gardens.
