99 Central Hill
Quite a dignified house, now flats, and surprisingly neither statutorily nor locally listed. Most buildings pre-1840 are listed so that may date it to shortly after then although I might have placed it at least a decade earlier. It has a Tuscan portico, a verandah and end windows with pediments and brackets. It ends too abruptly at the top, it needs a parapet or balustrade.

Central Hill estate ? Oakwood Drive vehicle entry off Roman Rise
The drive leads to parking, and the blocks Rommany Prospect, in view, and Lambeth Prospect. The colourful hoarding, heavy with PR, surrounds a large development site at the western corner of the estate. There have been protests about it and the threatened demolition of the estate.
