Quite a dignified house, now flats, and surprisingly neither statutorily nor locally listed. Most buildings pre-1840 are listed so that may date it to shortly after then although I might have placed it at least a decade earlier. It has a Tuscan portico, a verandah and end windows with pediments and brackets. It ends too abruptly at the top, it needs a parapet or balustrade.
