It'll be nice when it's finished!
A development under construction by Barratt's along 200 metres of river frontage and comprising 891 residential units (studios, apartments and penthouses). The billboard gives a slightly misleading impression of the finished product - it won't be quite as elegant as the old Royal Naval College visible in the foreground!
