2012 redevelopment for housing of the former Frenches Road School, built in 1905 to the design of John Moir Kennard (1857-1950). Old maps show the site to have originally been a sand pit. The building later formed part of St Bede's School before the full development of its present Carlton Road site which saw the present building become redundant in around 1990. It then fell into decay, but was grade II listed in 2004 (see www.historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1391211 ) to offer some protection. Victorian lodge at the junction of Wiggie Lane with Frenches Road. Wiggie Manor was a large house situated east of the railway through Redhill - in the late 1950s much of its land was taken over by the engineering company Foxboro Yoxall, with the manor house itself being demolished in the late 1970s and the site used for a training centre for the company. The whole area area is now housing - firstly the southern part of the site in the 1990s (see Image) and later the site of the factory itself (see Image) .

Recent development of the former Foxboro Yoxall site, an instrument manufacturer which was based here from 1958 to 1991. After closure, the site remained derelict for many years, before development, partly as an industrial park and partly, in the late 2000s, for housing in an area named Park 25. The name St Anne's Boulevard refers to St Anne's, an imposing building dating from 1884, housing in turn a school, a hospital and finally a County Council run old people's home, which stood to the south of this site. It was demolished in 1987.

Park 25 is a late 2000s development on the former Foxboro Yoxall site. Foxboro Yoxall were an instrument manufacturer which was based here from 1958 to 1991. After closure, the site remained derelict for many years, before development partly as an industrial park and partly for housing, as here. This is Burrage Road.
