Peppard Primary School
This is a church school associated with All Saints' Church which lies at the other end of the village of Rotherfield Peppard (to give it its full name). It was built, in an attractive local brick and flint style, in 1871. The school currently (2008) has about 80 pupils. The school's website is http://www.peppard.oxon.sch.uk/

School & Phone Box, Rotherfield Peppard
Rotherfield was Hyđerafeld in 1015, meaning cattle grazing field. It had become double barreled by 1233 as Retheresfelde Pipard. The second element is a family name, old French "Pipart" equivalent to "Piper" in English. (Oxford Dict. of English Place Names)

Peppard Common
From the south, this is the triangular green that makes up the eastern part of Peppard Common nearest the village of Rotherfield Peppard. The B481 cuts across from the left in front of the buildings on the horizon. The white one is one of two pubs.
