Weston Mill
A former water mill on the Lambourn. The Lambourn Valley Way goes through the gate and across their yard right in front of the house.

Lambourn Valley Way at Weston
The trail leaves the riverside at Weston and heads into Welford Park. It doesn't rejoin the river until Boxford.
There is an old railway track all along the valley which with a bit of imagination could have been a nice path. Upstream of Weston, some bits of it are used but from here on down to Newbury that opportunity seems to have been missed.

Weston
This is the one and only road through the hamlet of Weston. Old maps show two chapels and a mission room in the village here, so the Victorian inhabitants must have been religious zealots.

Reflections on the River Lambourn
This section of the river is in the north eastern corner of the square. There are two bridges that take one over the Lambourn to Elton Farm, in the next square. This is a view of the section on the eastern side of the bridge.
