Fort William: postboxes № PH33 41 & 42
These two postboxes stand in the Royal Mail yard behind the town's main post offices. One is for local mail and the other for other destinations. They are emptied finally at 5:15pm on weekdays and at 2:15pm on Saturdays.
The boxes are both of the modern 'Type L' design; a narrower version called a Type M is perhaps more common.

They can be hired for varying periods https://lochaberenviro.org.uk/what-we-do/fort-william-electric-bike-hire-scheme/ Being electrically-assisted they take little effort to propel along although the pedals must still be operated. St Andrew's Episcopal Church
The first Episcopal church building was erected on this site in 1817. It was known as the Rosse Chapel, after the Countess of Rosse who was largely responsible for its being built. By 1876 it was in a bad state of repair and the future looked blank until George Baynton Davey had the building demolished and replaced, very largely at his own expense, by the present St Andrew's.
