2 Berni Beans Tearoom and 4 Kemps Fruit and Veg, High Street, Hunstanton
C W Abbs were a well known Hunstanton business family and presumably had 2-4 High Street built in the third quarter of the 19th century (shown on 1885 OS map). Previously Hunstanton Bakery and The Corner House Tearooms, in 2017 it was empty and up to let as one or two shops with an option on the 3 bed self-contained flat on the first floor (65a Westgate). No.2 on the corner offers 507 sq ft and no.4 has 536 sq ft.

Union Church, 2 Sandringham Road, Hunstanton
The church first gathered at low tide on the beach between 1850-1870 and the new church opened in 1870 at a cost of £750. It was unusual for this period, being for the use of all Nonconformist denominations. The architect here was probably the builder, a Mr Beeton. The constitution stipulates that Union will be at least two denominational and will support the work of two free church denominations. In 1890 the church officially joined the Congregational and Baptist denominations and was affiliated with the Evangelical Alliance.

Union Church
The church on the corner of Westgate and Sandringham Road was built in 1870 (at a cost of £750) for the use of all the Nonconformist denominations in the new town. It is thought to have been designed and built by John William Beeton. Of local carstone, it has a polygonal apse and a terracotta frieze running below the Y-traceried windows. Today it is used by a joint Baptist and United Reformed congregation.
