Former BQ retail warehouse empty on East Station Road, an area ripe for redevelopment when the national economy picks up. This popular retailer has relocated to another retail park in Peterborough. The Buddleia continues to thrive.

Fletton Quays, Peterborough
Residential developments on the River Nene, beside Town Bridge on the site of former Fletton Quays.
The Hilton Garden Inn is to the right beside the bridge, and I believe still unfinished after a long time lapse.
The Hereward Way and Nene Way long distance footpaths are on the near side of the river.
